12–14 JULY 2019 INFORMATION FOR GUESTS
PassesYour BRDC pass, shown right*, will give you general admission to the circuit and access to both the BRDC Clubhouse and Farm over the Grand Prix weekend. A ‘swipe’ access control system at the Clubhouse and Farm will ensure that these popular areas remain for the sole and exclusive use of BRDC Members and guests.
Car PassesYour car pass will give your car access to the BRDC Members’ infield car parks. Please park as directed by the Marshals on duty.
Disabled parkingDisabled car parking will be at the Farm where there will be a dedicated buggy pick up and drop off service. If you require a disabled car pass then please contact the Club office (details overleaf) — there is no disabled parking at the Clubhouse.
Dress codeThe Club operates a ‘smart casual’ dress code in both Club areas which applies to both ladies and gentlemen. For full details please contact the Club Office on 01327 850922.
BuggiesThere will be a dedicated buggy service for Members and guests between the Farm and the Clubhouse, kindly operated by the students of Cranfield University.

The marquee at the Farm, open all three days of the Grand Prix weekend, provides comfortable seating under cover and a licensed bar. A varied selection of hot and cold food will be available throughout the day (additional cost applies if food is taken at the Farm). As well as a relaxed setting, the Farm also offers great views of the on-track action over Abbey (first corner) and the start/finish straight. The Farm marquee stays open until late in the evening with live music and a DJ on the Saturday and Sunday evenings.

Dining at the F1 Rolex British Grand Prix provides an opportunity to make an exciting occasion unforgettable.

HOSPITALITY WRISTBANDS
Hospitality wristbands should be collected from the BRDC Clubhouse reception upon arrival. Your wristband is valid in all BRDC locations until 18:00. Drinks included are beer, house wine, Prosecco, Pimms, soft drinks and tea/coffee.
