Site inspection

We trust the information in our weddingkit has assisted you further with yourwedding plans. If you are interested inviewing the venue, please feel free tocontact us directly to arrange a time fora site inspection.

Our wedding co-ordinator will meetwith you and go over your plans for thebig day followed by a guided walkthrough the property and venue.

You are more than welcome to comealone, or bring members of your familyand bridal party. We recommendallowing 1 hour for your viewing toensure plenty of time for questions.

Cost estimate

If you would like to look at differentoptions for your special day andcompare packages, ask your weddingco-ordinator for a cost estimate. Thiswill outline all your charges, based onminimum or maximum numbers.

The cost estimate will be valid for 14days and is usually also combined witha tentative hold for your preferredwedding date for 14 days.

Booking your wedding

Once you have decided that you areready to confirm your wedding atBreakFree on Cashel your co-ordinatorwill prepare your wedding agreement.

This will be issued via email or postedto you with 14 days to return, signedalong with a 25% deposit of the totalestimated charges. Once received, yourwedding will be confirmed in the hotelsystem.

Your wedding co-ordinator will be withyou every step of the way, answering allthe questions you may have prior tobooking and when finalising yourwedding details right up until the timeyou walk into your wedding receptionas Mr and Mrs.
