beachside wedding on the manicured lawns, or have the sand between your toes andget married on the beach.

The Resort Chapel

Located beside the resort lagoon theCedar Chapel is simple and elegant.Daylight streams through glasswindows creating an intimate andromantic mood. For a more tranquilsetting by the stone fountain, thechapel courtyard offers stunning photoopportunities.

The air conditioned chapel includes redcarpet, white silk pew ties on everysecond pew, a signing table covered inwhite linen and 2 chairs with covers andan artifical floral arrangement.

Beachside Lawns

Located directly in front of the resort isDiggers Beach. Choose to say "I do" onthe manicured beachside lawns orDiggers Beach.

Chapel Courtyard

A beautiful courtyard located outsidethe resort chapel featuring a stonefountain surrounded by lush tropicalgardens.

The resort will supply to the BeachsideLawns or Chapel Courtyard a signingtable with 2 chairs and 30 malibu chairsfor your guests and all additionaltheming can be arranged via a themingcompany. A signing table will need tobe organised through the themingcompany for beach ceremonies.

Beachside lawn/Chapel Courtyard

Ceremony times

When booking your ceremony, yourwedding coordinator will advise whattimes are available. It is a requirementthat all wedding ceremonies held on thebeachside lawns or in the Resort Chapelare booked for a minimum of 2 hoursapart to ensure allocated time fortheming set-up, pack down, familyphotos and for the wedding party tomove on to their allocated pre-reception area.

Additional ceremony licence fee on

The Norman James Room is the idealvenue for smaller receptions andoutdoor cocktail style weddings.

Venue hire - $495Includes basic set up of your venue.White linen tablecloths, white linennapkins, guest tables, banquet chairs,cake and gift table with white linen andcake knife are included. Additionalcharges apply when booking yourreception on the Norman James Lawns.Please speak with your coordinator.

The Breakers Room

Modern and fresh, this venue is elevatedwith stunning beach views. Glassconstantine doors open onto a woodendeck above a freshwater lagoon nestledin amongst sub tropical gardens.

Our largest wedding venue, the LagoonRoom features dramatic high ceilings,natural light, a courtyard, double doorentrance and reverse cycle airconditioning.

With plenty of space for a dance floor,entertainment, up to a 5 piece band andendless options for theming, theLagoon Room is a stunning venue.

The resort caters for small weddings of30 guests to larger weddings of up to220 guests cocktail style, or 150 guestsfor a sit down dinner.

There's a dedicated events team atBreakFree Aanuka Beach Resort whoare experienced in making sure you getthe wedding you've dreamed of.

BreakFree Aanuka Beach Resort valuethe safety of all guests that areattending your wedding reception.Therefore a security fee of $250 ischarged for all weddings.

Tentative bookings andcost estimate

If you would like to look at differentoptions for your special day andcompare packages, ask your weddingcoordinator for a cost estimate. This willoutline all your charges, based onminimum or maximum numbers.

The cost estimate will be valid for14days and is usually also combinedwith a tentative hold for your preferredwedding date, ceremony time andvenue for 14 days.

Please note that the resort elects to hiresecurity to be present at your venueand the surrounding resort perimeterfrom 8pm until the conclusion of yourevent. A small fee of $250 will beincluded in your cost estimate and finalcostings.

Booking your wedding

Once you are ready to confirm yourwedding at BreakFree Aanuka BeachResort your coordinator will prepareyour wedding agreement.

This will be issued via email or postedto you with 14 days to return, signedalong with a 25% deposit of the totalestimated charges. Once received, yourwedding will be confirmed in the resortsystem.

Your wedding coordinator will be withyou every step of the way. They willanswer the questions you may haveprior to booking and when finalisingyour wedding details right up until thetime you walk into your weddingreception and emerge as Mr and Mrs.
