Summary

Brain Chase Productions, LLC

Fall 2016

9/26/2016 2

Market Opportunity – Summer camps and after-school programs comprise a $25

billion “out-of-school” industry. Programs are expensive to produce, extremely

fragmented, and currently only meeting 33% of demand. Huffington Post says “Virtual

Camps” are the new thing – and they put Brain Chase at the top of their list.

Introducing Brain Chase – Brain Chase is a virtual summer camp & after-school

program provider that delivers personalized online curriculum to students and schools

around the world, packaged in irresistible storylines and massive global treasure hunts.

Where We’ve Been – Growing from a single program with 500 students in 2014 to

three annual programs and 3500 students in 2016, Brain Chase has fine-tuned its

platform, secured key curriculum integrations, and earned accolades from students,

parents, and industry leaders.

Where We’re Going – While 2016 will see Brain Chase integrate new reading, math,

and coding electives, the company will focus on monetizing existing assets via low-cost

fall, spring, and summer programs. We will also experiment with a “grown-up” version in

spring 2017.

Competition and Risks – Brain Chase’s role as a content enabler and reseller

positions the company to forge strategic partnerships with many would-be competitors,

and its three years of operations provide valuable experience in mitigating market risks.

Team & Company Assets – Two Harvard MBAs lead Brain Chase – one a renowned

expert in blended learning, and the other an experienced marketer with a background in

entertainment and consumer products. They’ve assembled a rock star production team

and amassed a war chest of valuable intellectual property.

Financials & Deal – Brain Chase seeks the remaining $400k of $1.2M to close Round

3, enabling the company to deliver profitability in 2017 and rapid growth thereafter.
