Biography: Carlos M. Hernandez is Head of Global Banking at JPMorgan Chase & Co., serves on

the JPMorgan Chase Executive Committee and is a member of the Corporate &

Investment Bank's leadership team. Prior to this position, Mr. Hernandez was Global

Head of Investor Services and led J.P. Morgan's Global Equities and Prime Services

business. He previously managed the Origination and Distribution business for the

regions. Mr. Hernandez currently serves on the boards of The Brunswick School in

Connecticut and John Hopkins School of Sciences in Maryland. In 2005, he served on

the board of the Securities Industries Association. Mr. Hernandez has a B.S. in

Business from the State University of New York and an M.B.A. from Columbia

University. Mr. Hernandez has a broad range of leadership experience and a deep

understanding of the global financial markets and financial services and securities

Name & Title: Nicolas Aguzin, Chairman, Chief Executive Officer, Asia Pacific

Biography:

Nicolás Aguzin is the Chairman & CEO for J.P. Morgan Asia Pacific, overseeing the

firm’s overall activities across Asia Pacific, as well as directly managing the Banking

franchise throughout the region. Nicolás chairs the Asia Pacific Management

Committee, and is also a member of J.P. Morgan’s firmwide Corporate & Investment

Bank Management Committee. Nicolás was previously the CEO for J.P. Morgan Latin

America, responsible for overseeing all of J.P. Morgan’s activities in Latin America. He

was also the Head of Investment Banking Coverage, Mergers & Acquisitions and

Capital Markets in the region. Nicolás joined J.P. Morgan in 1990 in Buenos Aires as a

financial analyst in the Credit Group and has spent his career advising clients on

strategic and corporate finance transactions. In 1991, he moved to New York, where

he worked in the Corporate Finance Services Group and focused primarily on cross-

border mergers and acquisitions for U.S. clients. In 1992, Nicolás returned to Buenos

Aires in the Investment Banking team where he participated in several privatizations,

capital markets and advisory transactions. In 1996, he moved to the Latin America

Mergers & Acquisitions Group in New York, being appointed head of the group in

2000. In 2002, Nicolás expanded his responsibilities and was appointed head of Latin

America Investment Banking Coverage, Mergers & Acquisitions and Capital Markets,

formerly known as Latin America Investment Banking. In 2005, he was appointed CEO

for Latin America. During 2008 and 2009, in addition to his responsibilities as CEO for

Latin America and head of Latin America Investment Banking, Nicolás served as

Senior Country Officer for Brazil. Nicolás holds a bachelor degree in Economics from

the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and is fluent in Spanish,

Portuguese and English.

Biography: Ms. Lori A. Beer has been the Chief Information Officer of JPMorgan Chase & Co.

since September 13, 2017. Ms. Beer served as the Chief Information Officer of

Corporate & Investment Banking at JPMorgan Chase & Co. since June 20, 2016 until

September 13, 2017. She served as Managing Director of Global Technology,

overseeing banking operations, including investment banking and treasury services.

She served as an Executive Vice President of Specialty Businesses and

Information Technology at Anthem, Inc. (WellPoint Inc.) from October 2012 to June 1,

2013. Ms. Beer served as an Executive Vice President of the Enterprise Business

Services (EBS) organization at WellPoint Inc. since October 2010. She has been

working with WellPoint for nearly 10 years. She has more than 20 years of information

technology experience, including more than 10 years at WellPoint. She served as the

Chief Information Officer and Executive Vice President of WellPoint Inc. from August

2008 to October 2010 and also served as its Chief Technology Officer from 2006 to

May 2008, Acting Chief Information Officer from May 28, 2008 to August 2008 and as

Senior Vice President of Enterprise Solutions. She was responsible for the evolution of

WellPoint Technology Strategy and the delivery of Enterprise Business Solutions. She

served several posts at WellPoint, including Vice President of Enterprise Solutions,

Regional Executive Director of West Information Systems, Director of AIMS Release

Management and Director of AMMS Program. Prior to this, she served as Senior

Technical Consultant and Systems Analyst at Convergys Corporation and a Software

Engineer for Westinghouse Savannah River Site. Ms. Beer serves as a Director of the

Warren County (Ohio) United Way. She served as a Director of Vantiv, Inc. from

October 19, 2012 to January 27, 2014. She holds Bachelor of Science in Computer

Science from the University of Dayton.

Biography: Ms. Joyce Chang, also known as Robbins, is the Global Head of Research at JP

Morgan Chase & Co, Research Division. Prior to this, Ms. Chang was the Global Head

of Fixed Income, Emerging Markets and Index Research since December 2012.

Previously, she was a Managing Director and Head of Emerging Markets and Global

Credit Research till December 2012 and also the Head of Global Currency and

Commodities Research. Prior to joining the firm in 1999, Ms. Chang was a

Managing Director at BofA Merrill Lynch, Research Division and Salomon Brothers,

where she worked for a decade specializing in emerging markets fixed income

research. Before working on Wall Street, Ms. Chang worked at the U.S. Agency for

International Development. From 1997 through 2012, she held top rankings in

Institutional Investor’s Fixed-Income Research surveys for emerging markets

research. Ms. Chang is a member of the Council on Foreign Relations and the Inter-

American Dialogue and serves on the Board of Directors of Trickle Up and Girls Inc.

She served as a Member of Advisory Board of Eurasia Group, Ltd. Ms. Chang has

held top individual rankings in industry surveys, including Institutional Investor, for

emerging markets sovereign and strategy research since the mid-1990s. She has

been named as one of Top 25 Most Powerful Women in Finance by American Banker

for the past three consecutive years and recognized by the Wall Street Journal (Top

Biography: Mr. Sanoke Viswanathan serves as Chief Administrative Officer of J.P. Morgan's

Corporate & Investment Bank, overseeing Technology, Operations and Controls. Mr.

Viswanathan was Head of Strategy, Marketing and New Business Development for

CIB and head of Corporate Strategy for JPMorgan Chase. Prior to joining JPMorgan

Biography: Prior to her current position, Ms. Robin Leopold served as Managing Director and

Senior Human Resources Officer of Global Wealth Management of Citigroup Inc. Ms.

Leopold joined Shearson Lehman Hutton in October 1988 as a Compensation

Manager. In December 1989, she moved to become a Human Resources Generalist.

In September 1990, she became a Human Resources Generalist working with the

Private Client Division. Since 1990, she supported the Private Client Division in

various Generalist roles and was named to the senior position in September 1994. In

June 2001, her responsibilities were increased to add managing Corporate &

Investment Banking Employee Relations Department. In December 2002, she was

his career in 1992 on the Philadelphia Stock Exchange trading options for the

Biography: Mr. Mark Leung has been Co-Head of Equities Division at JPMorgan Chase & Co

since 2017. Mr. Leung served as Head of Asia Pacific Equities Business at JPMorgan

Chase & Co until 2017. Mr. Leung joined JP Morgan in 1997, started his career in

rates derivatives trading and moved into credit hybrids in 2005, according to the

memo. In 2007, he moved into the bank's Asia Pacific equities business and served as

Head of Asia Pacific equity derivatives in 2013 and overall head of regional equities in

2014.

Biography: Dr. Jacob A. Frenkel is Chairman of JPMorgan Chase International and a member of the J.P. Morgan International Council. He also serves as Chairman of the Board of Trustees

of the Group of Thirty (G-30) which is a private, nonprofit, Consultative Group on International Economic and Monetary Affairs.

Dr. Frenkel served from 2001 to 2011 as Chairman and CEO of the G-30, from 2004 to 2009 as Vice Chairman of American International Group, Inc., and from 2000 to 2004 as

Chairman of Merrill Lynch International, as well as Chairman of Merrill Lynch’s Sovereign Advisory and Global Financial Institutions Groups. Between 1991 and 2000 he served

two terms as the Governor of the Bank of Israel. He is credited with reducing inflation in Israel and achieving price stability, liberalizing Israel’s financial markets, removing

foreign exchange controls, and integrating the Israeli economy into the global financial system.

Between 1987 and 1991, he was the Economic Counselor and Director of Research at the International Monetary Fund, and between 1973 and 1987 he was on the faculty of

the University of Chicago where he held the position of the David Rockefeller Professor of International Economics and served as Editor of the Journal of Political Economy.

He is a Fellow of the Econometric Society, a Foreign Honorary Member of the American Academy of Arts and Sciences, a member of the Economic Advisory Panel of the

Federal Reserve Bank of New York, a member of the Board of Trustees of the New York Economic Club, a member of the Board of Directors of the National Bureau of Economic

Research, of the Japan Society, and of the Peterson Institute for International Economics, a member of the Trilateral Commission, a member of the Boards of the Aspen Institute

Dr. Frenkel is a Laureate of the 2002 Israel Prize in Economics, a recipient of the Scopus Award from the Hebrew University, the Hugo Ramniceanu Prize for Economics from

the Tel-Aviv University, the Czech Republic’s Karel Englis Prize in Economics, the “Order de Mayo al Merito” (in the rank of Gran Cruz) decoration from the Government of

Argentina, the “Order of Merit” (in the rank of Cavaliere di Gran Croce) decoration from the Republic of Italy, and the YIVO Lifetime Achievement Award. He is also a recipient of

several Honorary Doctoral degrees and other decorations and awards, including the “1993 Economic Policy Award” by “Emerging Markets” and the “1997 Central Banker of the

Year Award” by “Euromoney”.

Dr. Frenkel serves as Chairman of the Board of Governors of Tel Aviv University. He previously served as Chairman of the Board of Governors of the Inter-American

Development Bank (during 1995-1996), as Vice Chairman of the Board of Governors of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (during 1999-2000), and as

Governor of the IMF and Alternate Governor of the World Bank for Israel (during 1991-2000).

Dr. Frenkel is the author of numerous books and articles in the fields of International Economics and Macro-Economics. Dr. Frenkel holds a B.A. in economics and political

science from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, and an M.A. and Ph.D. in economics from the University of Chicago.

Biography: Vittorio Grilli is Chairman of the Corporate & Investment Bank, EMEA at J.P. Morgan

developments and European policy actions. Vittorio has spent a long career in

European economics and public service. He was an assistant professor at Yale

University from 1986 to 1990 and Woolwich Professor of Financial Economics at the

positions with the Italian Treasury over the past two decades, most recently as Italian

Minister of Economy and Finances from July 2012 to April 2013, where he helped to

also has served as an advisor to major international and domestic firms. Vittorio has

been a distinguished leader in global markets, serving on the EU’s Economic and

Financial Committee from March 2009 to January 2012, ultimately as Chairman of the

committee. Vittorio holds a Masters degree in economics from Bocconi University and

a doctorate in economics from the University of Rochester.
