• Mince
• Bread
• Bacon
• Potato
• Onion
• Garlic

HOW TO MAKE THE FILLING
• Boil the potatoes in a saucepan with water
and once ready, pureeing.
• Mix all ingredients except mashed and put
them on the fire for about twenty minutes
and finally put the puree.
• Fill the filling and cover with the lid and
make masa.Sellar ollos edges to vent the
lid
HOW TO MAKE THE DOUGH
• Take a bowl and mix the flour and salt. Cut
the butter into pieces and mix with water,
eggs, sugar and vinegar until everything is
well blended.

made with pork or venison, or beef. It is a
traditional dish for Christmas and New
Year in the province of Quebec, but can
