1. My first link building strategy will be Bookmarking, you need to bookmark all of your pages to as many bookmarking sites as you can. There are maybe thousands of bookmarking sites out there, but you can go to the most popular and that have the highest page rank.

With bookmarking sites do not try to find which are no-follow and do-follow, just bookmark your site. Social bookmarking sites like Digg (no-follow) or stumble upon (do-follow) not only help you to index your pages fast but also could generate a lot of hits to your site. So be sure to spend some time creating accounts with as many social bookmarking site and manually bookmark all of your pages.

2. Social networks, social network sites today attract the highest number of visits daily, and million of web-surfers spend most of their time on social media sites. So having your website linked from social media sites not only will give you a high authority backlinks but also will make your link building go viral and will generate a lot of traffic to your website.

Social networks like Facebook and Google plus, will definitely give you a high quality backlinks, and when other people share your links it will go viral and your links will get high exposure and reach hundreds of web-surfers.

Also Youtube and Other video sharing sites are social media sites and you can get high quality backlinks from the description of your videos. And you do not need to create a professional videos to get backlinks and traffic, only some picture and background music will get you a great videos.

4. Article Marketing - The old kingdom of link building - the gold mind of link building. Article marketing so far is the best most effective link building strategy that allow you to have high quality and quantity of backlinks. Backlinks that search engines love and give a higher value.

However Google know that most backlinks for any website will come from article marketing, that is why the Google Panda update of 2011 was focused on this link building strategy to evaluate the value of backlinks from this strategy.

Google Panda update increases the value of backlinks from article marketing when those articles have a unique content and published on high authority websites, and decreases the value of backlinks that come from low authority and content stuffed websites. 4.1. Do not ever use duplicate content. only publish unique articles to directories and blogs, and do not use the same article on more than 1 page. If for example you want to submit an article to 20 directories, First of all you need to be 100% sure your article is unique and have no duplication online, then spin or rewrite this article to create 20 versions of this article then submit each unique version to each directory.

4.2. Never submit an article to a website that is spammed and red flagged by Google. How you know that? Simple by checking if that directory or website is indexed on Google. If a directory or blog is not indexed by Google, it means that this directory or blog had been banned by Google.

4.3. Do not focus your article marketing on few directories, for example some website were only getting backlink from ezinarticles and 10 more directories only, and when the Panda update was launched those website lost their entire ranking. Try to spin articles

5. Press Release. We said before that you need to get high quality and quantity of backlinks to your pages, and when article marketing could provide the quantity press release sites could provide the high quality backlinks. All search engines give high authority to press release (PR) sites, and when you publish a press release and link back from it to your site you will get a high quality backlink. With press release site you need to be very careful with each PR site roles, some PR sites allow you to link back using your URL, others allow you to have an anchor text through HTML code or BBcodes.

6. Blog Commenting, A very easy and effective link building strategy that could really provide some high page rank backlinks. But in the other hand it has become one of the most dangerous link building strategy. The idea here to research and find some good high quality blogs related to your niche (topic) and comment on their posts. This strategy will get you a free permanent backlinks from the blog posts pages you are commenting on, and your backlinks will have the page rank of the blog post's page rank. In most cases you cannot have an anchor text here, it will be your name and it still a good one.

The only thing you need to focus on here is to be sure you are commenting on good valuable blog posts that are:

6.2. The blog provide the do-follow attribute, no-follow here will have no value for your backlinks.

6.3. The blog post you are commenting on is not being spammed, and there are no more than 50 comments on the blog post. If the post have too many comments and then you commented, then

Now if you really want to compete with other webmasters on your niche and win, you need to start an advanced link building campaigns, when we say advanced link building strategies we do not mean hard, or time consuming, but we do mean link building strategies that will actually increase your ranking on the search engine results pages and increase your website authority and traffic at the same time. You may know that more than third of the websites are blogs, and one thing blog owners seek is content for their blogs. You can benefit from this by sharing your own content on some of those blogs and get in exchange a link back to your website.

The idea is very simple, you write an article on some related to your website topic and submit it to blog network in the right category, your article will reviewed by blog owners and some will accept and publish your article on their blog.

In most cases you can get 2 or 3 backlinks from your article, and your article will posted on the blog and will sty on that blog permanently that mean a good backlinks for you.

Instead of start looking for individual blogs that accept your articles and accept guest blogging you can join blog networks and automatically publish your content to those networks. 2. Link Wheels, let me be very honest with you, I never used this link building strategy, I know it's power but I honestly think it's waste of time and effort. The idea here is to create content on

pages that are on high authority domains like Squidoo or Weebly we call the secondary pages and link to your pages from them. Then create backlinks to the secondary pages using the link building strategies we discussed earlier. the problem here that you are creating content, then backlinks to pages that you have no control on, and the owner of that website could delete your account without any explanation, I know the the owner of Squidoo is doing so all the time. So I do not recommend this strategy at all but had to bring it here.

3. Build your own Free Blog Network. This Link building strategy I strongly recommend and I know that all SEO agents use. Search for free blog platforms like word-press and Google Blogger. And create your own free blogs and post unique content to those blogs linking to all of your pages from those blogs. 5. Software Submitting Another good link building strategy is through submitting an application or software. You can create a tool for webmasters and web surfers that may be very useful and submit it to your website, then create a link to this tool. Webmasters will be pleased to link to your tool from their sites to offer more value to their own visitors. You can create free to use tool, software, information or news list or anything that will be very unique, and webmasters will link to it.

6. Create a word-press theme or plug-in and submit it to the internet, when other webmasters use your theme or plug-in you will get a link from their blog.
