The 13th annual Bostonians for Youth gala will galvanize the Trinity Boston Connects (TBC) community as we unite in our aspirations to ensure all young people in Boston, especially youth of color, are supported as they realize their enormous potential and promise. They are the future of this city.
Our theme, Healing through Connections, is a call for healing from the traumatic effects of structural racism in this national moment of reckoning, and beyond. The virtual format offers us exciting new opportunities to celebrate our city's youth through enhanced storytelling, and for us to gather as a community en masse.

Please join us this year as we present the Leader of Change Award to Louise Burnham Packard for her extraordinary leadership, founding Trinity Boston Connects (formerly Trinity Boston Foundation) over 12 years ago and guiding the organization until her retirement last year. Under her direction, TBC has
lived out its commitment to racial equity not only externally through its programs, but internally within the organization as well. The ripple effect of her impact will be amplified under the leadership of Charmane Higgins, our new executive director, and felt in communities in Boston and beyond for generations to come.
We hope you will help us build on this legacy and choose to be a sponsor of the evening. Please help us unlock opportunity and change the odds for youth of color in Boston. Funds raised support the full portfolio of Trinity Boston Connects innovative programs and initiatives. To proceed with sponsorship, please fill out the last page of this packet.

Trinity Boston Connects people, programs, and practices to unlock opportunities and change the odds for youth of color in Boston. Our programs foster safe and supportive communities that inspire Boston’s youth of color to discover their voice and achieve their goals.
Our expertise lies in three Essential Community Practices – Trauma Inclusion, Restorative Justice, and Racial Equity – that together with effective youth and organizational development can create safe and supportive communities and help dismantle systemic racism.
Our direct-service work helps more than 1,000 young people each year develop and build social emotional skills and resilience to trauma – all core competencies directly related to improved life outcomes. Our professional training, counseling and consulting services offered collaboratively within schools, government agencies, and community organizations across Boston help to more equitably and effectively serve over 15,000 young people. Visit www.trinityconnects.org to learn more about our programs: Trinity Education for Excellence Program (TEEP), Sole Train: Boston Runs Together, Trinity@McCormack, Organizational Equity Practice (OEP), and Trinity Boston Counseling Center (TBCC).
