Commons development in North Hollywood.

As a sponsor of our inaugural event, you will have the opportunity to demonstrate your

company’s commitment to the development of affordable housing in Los Angeles County and

contribute critically needed funds to provide a Road to Home for some of the most vulnerable

people in our community.

Participants will enjoy a fun-filled evening with delicious food and entertainment, and

celebrate with elected officials, champions of affordable housing, business owners, community

supporters and most importantly, the people we serve.

As the housing development arm of Penny Lane Centers, Abbey Road is guided by its mission

to foster hopes and dreams through the development of safe and affordable housing. Over

the past decade, Abbey Road has completed 232 units of housing and currently has 311 units

in development throughout Los Angeles County. Our housing developments provide safe and

nurturing environments to ensure the long-term success for chronically homeless people,

low-income families at-risk, homeless youth, adults, and veterans.
