About the Wiki • BackgroundChecksWiki™ is an initiative of the Q2 Group and whilst it is a new name the team behind it

have been involved in international background checks for the past decade. In fact BackgroundChecksWiki™ is the child of a few parents including Quest Research Ltd, IntegraScreen Ltd and Dataflow Ltd.

• Over the past decade that the management team has been involved in background checks it has become more and more apparent that the vast majority of companies (outside of the US) do not conduct thorough background checks. In fact many do none at all. The main reason we hear is that they are too expensive and too time consuming.

• Government departments are equally unaware of what can be done when it comes to effective checks on visa and professional licensing checks on foreign nationals.

• The purpose of this Wiki is to make everyone aware of the resources that are available and that effective background checks can be done nearly anywhere in the world.

How it Works

• Ads are all targeted according to geography • General Directory pages on the wiki display Ads according to the IP address of the user. • Example – A user from Dallas runs a search in the Diploma Mills Directory – the Search and

Search Results Page will display Ads from “Texas” • This makes sure that if someone is located near to you they will become aware of your

business • Directory Information Pages (those displaying specific contact information) display Ads

according to the location of the Subject of that Information. • Example – The same user from Dallas looks up the Directory Information Page for a

Singaporean University. This page will display Ads for “Singapore” • This allows for users who are not based in Singapore but who have an obvious requirement

for information from this location to see advertisers who may be able to assist them. • Advertisers buy the rights to a particular geographic location, as well as the specific Ad

format. • We do not double sell any Ad Space and as such the owner of the Leaderboard for a

particular geographic location appears every time the above parameters are met.

• Third party: A highly customizable, interactive creative. You can use any custom HTML and JavaScript snippets as well as tags from a third-party ad server.

• Flash: A creative containing animation, sound, video, or interactive features. Requires a Flash (.swf) file.

• Image: A basic image creative. Requires a .gif, .jpg, or .png file. CMYK color format is not supported for .jpg files.

• DoubleClick tag: A creative hosted by either DoubleClick for Advertisers (DFA) or DART for Publishers. You enter a redirect URL, which directs DoubleClick for Publishers to the location of the creative files.
