“The project, to create a multipurpose event space, was made all the more complicated by a tranquil prairie site. The building oats on the landscape as a delicate gesture to the setting with which it exists in.”

“How does one create a building to represent an entire culture? That was the challenge of the NYC Dominican Cultural Center and the product was a celebration of the inuence of dance, food, and music on the Dominican People.”

ICHE
Architecture for me has always been a passion; an obsession. From an early age, the inner-workings of the built environment have captivated me. The ability to mold and shape space and in turn manipulate mood and human behavior makes architects among the most powerful people on Earth. This is the task we are charged with as designers and this is the task with which I’m prepared to embark upon.

PROFESSIONAL REFERENCES
Every project deserves an identity. The design problem doesn’t stop with the creation of plans or sections slapped haphazardly on a page. My graphic design and presentation work in and out of the studio has helped clarify my intent and manifest ideas visually to enhance understanding for the client or end user.
