Open the work file using Microsoft office picture Manager

Opened file looks like this zoom this file

Open a Blank MS Word file

Go to font style – select Times New Roman

Margins Should be 0.3 inches for Top, Bottom, Left, Right

Paper should be A4 Size

In Layout Header & Footer Should be 0.5 inches

Spacing should be Before – 0 pt, After – 12 pt &

Line Spacing should be Single

Use Ruler/Scale for moving

For heading use Enter & for Each Line use Shift+Enter

Type Page and Page number by using one Tab

Heading Size Should be 13

Text Font Size Should be 8

Font Size of Page & number Should be 11

Move Heading with Ruler/Scale

Move Page number with the Ruler/Scale

Use That Symbol for Checking Purpose

Save with the same name of Image File

Now Create a New Folder and Rename it with the given folder name Put Your 100 Word files in this Folder

Right Click on that Folder Go to Send to – Compressed (zipped) Folder

Confirmation dialogue box will come Click Yes

Now your completed work is ready in the compressed folder. Send this folder as attachment by email to the company email address given to you.
