Foreword

IIM Sambalpur witnessed more than 65 companies visiting the campus this season with prominent

recruiters such as Bajaj Allianz, Aditya Birla Capital, Deloitte India, KPMG, Ernst & Young, Amul,

Vedanta, SBI Life, Tata Steel BSL, HDFC Bank, IBM, Ramco Systems, Tech Mahindra, Mindtree,

Motilal Oswal, JustDial, etc. The graduates were offered a myriad of lucrative roles across Marketing,

Sales, BFSI, Operations, Consulting, Analytics, ITeS and bagged highly coveted roles in Fintech,

E Commerce, FMCG and so on.

With a 50% increase in the batch size and an 11% increase in the total number of recruiters visiting

campus, IIM Sambalpur set new standards and surpassed its previous placement records.

This season recorded the highest annual CTC at INR 18.92 LPA with an average CTC of

INR 11.61 LPA and a median CTC of INR 11.01 LPA.
