The pathway tomental health

recovery

Lyndhurst

Welcome.

The next step to recovery.

Towards independence, community living and mental health recovery

1

Lyndhurst is situated in the north London suburb of North Finchley.

With recently modernised accommodation across three houses and an experienced staff team, we support people with the most complex mental health needs. We have a strong track record in supporting people making the step down from secure and acute services to open community settings and into semi-independent and independent living.

4

Our focus is on enabling each individual to live as independently as possible.

2

We use the Recovery Star to put the individual in charge of their care and support as far as is practically possible. We believe that positive risk management has a central role in achieving this. And this belief is underpinned by our commitment to trying innovative approaches to mental health rehabilitation

aimed at challenging the notion of treatment resistance. Partnership and collaboration – between clients, clinical teams and commissioners – makes sure we stay focused on outcomes, and work with our local communities to ensure the best use of resources and achieve inclusion.
