IEDC Livelihood Incubator

IEDC Livelihood Incubator has established Women Business Park for Empowerment of Rural Women, which is a project funded by Department of Science & Technology. Govt. of India. Project undertakes Eco-Friendly Innovations in which we provide trainings to womens in selected villages on manufacturing ecofriendly Sanitary Napkins, computerized design of Phulkari (folk embroidery of Punjab) and eco-friendly party plates to earn their livelihood for economical independence.

Objectives:

• To improve livelihood activities for rural unemployed Women• To develop entrepreneurial skills through training & capacity builds• Provide technology solutions for local specific problems to promote Sustainable

Development.• Use of Local resources
