Typically, in this forum you would find a brilliantly crafted article from your Fruita Chamber President. This month and in the following months that will not be the case. I know, I know what will you do without those words of wisdom? More than likely you will find it much easier to keep from dozing off while reading the newsletter.
Instead we will use this space to highlight a category of members each month. We hope this will bring awareness to “just who is a Fruita Chamber member and what do they offer”. We will list them just as they are listed in the directory online and use their “About Us” description just as they have it on their listing. So, if you don’t have an up-to-date description about your business listed on the Chamber website or information is incorrect, please update it soon- YOU COULD BE NEXT!
This month we will highlight the Realtors category, since it is high-selling season for homes in the area. Chesnick Realty, LLC: 137 North Peach Street Fruita, CO 81521 Welcome to the premier resource for all real estate information and services in the area. We hope you enjoy your visit and explore everything our realty website has to offer, including Fruita and all Mesa County real estate listings, information for homebuyers and sellers, and more About Us, your professional Fruita Realtors. Looking for a new home? Use Quick Search or Map Search to browse an up-to-date database list of all available properties in the area, or use our Dream Home Finder form and we will conduct a personalized search for you. If you're planning to sell your home in the next few months, nothing is more important than knowing a fair asking price. We would love to help you with a FREE Market Analysis. We will use comparable sold listings to help you determine the accurate market value of your home. Robinson & Co. Realty: 130 E. Aspen Ave. Fruita, CO 81521
