PRODUCTS: Spark wall, Spark module, bedside reading lamp, desk lamp, chandelier, corridor room number sign, pendants, mirrors, tables.

DESCRiPTiON: Custom lighting developed and engineered by Frandsen Project was used in all rooms and public areas throughout the hotel. The main focus of the hotel is the 300m2 sparkling LED wall designed by Rockwell Group / Frandsen Project and realized by Frandsen Project. All lamps and fixtures are custom made to enhance the design concept that is the “Lights of Paris”.

The 91 rooms and public areas of this historic Haussmann building were installed by Frandsen Project on site to present the contractor with turnkey lighting solution.

INPUTIn the early stages of the project, we collect all the necessary informa tion to start the development. We spend hours generating ideas and hand sketching possible technical solutions in collaboration with our customers before we select the concept to proceed with.

PROCESSOur products are converted into 3D, and we always provide shop drawings of the finished product with all information gathered to give a clear overview of the choices made throughout the process. We constantly use photorealistic renderings as a tool to reconcile the expectations of how the final product would look. This gives our customers the opportunity to play with different colors and surfaces before production is started, and allows them to see the product in the context it was intended.

OUTPUTWe house a complete inventory of components and finished products that allow us to make simple mock-ups and test new concepts. This also gives our customers the ability to see examples of colors, materials, surfaces and technical solutions for inspiration in the design process. We always focus on value engineering throughout the development pro cess, our own production facilities and our strong network of local suppliers ensures a short lead time from the drawings being produced to the physical sample being ready.
