EVENT REPORT

Name of the Competition: Electric Solar Vehicle Championship

Organizer: Imperial Society of Innovative Engineers (ISIE)

Venue: Chandigarh University, Mohali

Date: 25th to 31st March

Out of 50+ Teams participated in the championship for the adventure category, around 18 teams

cleared the initial rounds and got the opportunity to be a part of Endurance race. The overall

ranking list is expected to be released by 10th April. Our Team, “SPECtre” is expecting to secure

good rank.

Following is the day-wise summary of events held under the competition

1. 25th and 26th March - Vehicle arrival at event spot. Allotment of permanent pit and hot pit

for repair.

2. 27th March - Cleared Pre-Inspection of Safety features and Vehicle dimensions.

3. 28th March - Cleared final Inspection of Safety features and Vehicle dimensions.

4. 29th March - Inspection on Technical grounds was held. The vehicle cleared the design and

innovation round; appeared for business and cost report round.

5. 30th March - Cleared Brake Test; Appeared for acceleration test, Cross pad, Off-road

ability; Hill climb rounds.

6. 31st March - Cleared all the Qualifying rounds and participated in final endurance race.

Achievement: Received, “Spirit of ESVC” award for clearing all the rounds as a Debut Team
