Built their own app but maintenance was difficult, time consuming and support costs were high

Decided that a more effective way to deliver the app across multiple platforms (iOS, Android and mobile web)

With Mosaic, the goals of the app were aligned with those of the university

Version 2.0 took 4 months to build and in 6 months, 30,000 downloads, accessed 3,800 times/day out of 40,000 students.
