The buzz word is ‘Net worth’. It matters

little if you earn a million pounds and

spend two. Even rich people go bust, if

they don't manage what they have well.

Reduce outgoings, make savings, in-

vest wisely, pay off all debt as quickly

as possible, including mortgage in the

medium term.

‘Net worth’ is important because you

are trading cash for assets that are

likely to grow in value, such as houses

and businesses.

Make money work for you by having

passive income and cash tucked away

for the ‘rainy day’. Roughly, monthly

expenditure should be less than 60% of

take home pay, 30% on savings and

10% for contingency.

Whatever happens, be in control of

your own destiny. Its your life, don't let

others screw it for you.

The “Ajo Tigers‟ are people who

see problems as opportunities in

disguise. They work quietly,

without fear, ready to pounce

when the time is right.

“Ajo Tigers‟ don't justify or com-

plain about their current circum-

stances. They play and think big,

positive about life and believing

that problems are part of life’s

mountains to be climbed to see a

better view.

Tigers in the wild never blame

anyone for lack of preys. They

are responsible for their own

destinies and are willing to make

the right sacrifices to survive.

They pursue their passion with

honesty and dedication, enjoying

the chase as much as the fruit of

the chase.

‘Ajo Tigers’ should not be afraid

to ask for help and must be will-

ing to educate themselves if it

will get them closer to their goals.

They don't mind breaking a few

eggs to enjoy a good omelette.

There is nothing wrong with be-

ing afraid to go into the unknown,

but risk assess the situation

before taking actions.

If you have a choice, get paid by

result, be passionate about eve-

rything you do. As the old adage

goes, ‘it is better to try and fail

than to fail to try’.

Every ‘Ajo Tiger’ must learn to

manage money well and make

money work harder for them.

Don’t be afraid to pay for good

advice. Paying someone 10% of

a big investment is better than

trying to save pennies and end-

ing up making peanuts in the

process. It is better to have a

personal coach to help lose

weight than pay gym member-

ship fees and never turn up at

the gym

Every so often I get asked the ques-

tion, ‗what is the best way to make

money or which is the best money

making business?‘. Honestly, ‗that is

an impossible question to answer‘.

Here is why. In our DNA are things

that we all prefer to do or not do.

No two people are the same, every-

one with their own preferences.

One man‘s dream is another‘s night-

mare.

No expert in the world can answer

that question, not even the great

motivators like Anthony Robbins,

so when people pay huge amounts

of money looking for answers from

the experts, they are wasting their

money, not because the experts

don't know their stuff, but because

we are not asking the right questions

or we misinterpret what the experts

can do for us.

Some of us will spend a life time

pursuing any business idea, but if you

have no talent or passion in that

business or field, you are a round peg

in a square hole.

It‘s the same when people suddenly

open shops because their neighbours

have the same type of business and

wonder why they are not successful.

The best ideas are not necessarily

original ones, they are the ones that

you are so passionate about, you can

do it without being paid for it. The

most successful people pursue their

dreams first, money is secondary.

Oprah Winfrey is not even a funny inter-

viewer or the first, but her passion is not in

doubt. Michael Jordan‘s hunger to play bas-

ket is without question, Tiger Woods and

Warren Buffett as well. But do you think

Tiger Woods would have been as successful

on a tennis court.? Chase your personal

dream and success or happiness will follow.

We will be featuring some of the most pas-

sionate people in their fields of endeavours.

Don‘t follow other people or even be jealous

of their dreams, its better when you are

comfortable with yourself and your aspira-

tions. It might take a lifetime, but life is a

journey. Statistics show that more people

become millionaires later in life. So keep the

fire burning and the dreams alive. Whatever

happens, never give up. Rejection is part of

the journey, if you believe it, keep at it.

aire‟s mind‟ by T Harv Eker. Additional

Sparkling idea

Peak Performance questions answered by Jackie Elliott

A Super charged idea If you are looking for a bright

idea, with sparks and likely to get

you charging ahead, here is an

electrifying one. (puns unin-

tended, right!!who am I kidding?).

Equipments like cars, trucks,

buses, inverters, mobile homes,

boats etc use batteries to func-

tion. The average life of a battery

in the 3rd world countries is less

than 3 years. In Europe, batteries

last at least twice that.

The reasons vary from low qual-

ity batteries to lack of adequate

maintenance and ‗stress on the

batteries‘ due to insistent use of

air-conditioners in hot climate,

when mixed with unfavorable

road and harsh weather condi-

tions, it is not surprising that

battery life-spans are short.

Every year, millions of batteries

are replaced or condemned

across the world to landfill sites.

In the UK alone, the RAC and

the AA were accused a few years

ago of pushing their agents to

replace batteries in good working

conditions for a bit of commis-

sion. Also, in Europe & US, bat-

teries are comparatively cheap,

so if they go flat at the beginning

of winter, people just replace

them rather than risk a break-

down in the dark.

Good batteries are being thrown

away, repairing batteries in

Europe and the States is a none

starter, new ones cost about £60,

repaired ones will cost about half,

people just buy new ones.

Therefore, good batteries are

being disposed off, except of

course truck batteries and buggy

batteries that are considerably

more expensive and worth re-

pairing.

Where is the opportunity?. In

developing countries, batteries

are not only comparatively ex-

pensive, the larger ones are used

as backup when there is no elec-

tricity.

A process that allows you to test

good batteries, fix the damaged

cells, charge them and then get

them ready for resale is a great

opportunity. The private car

sector is large but fragmented,

the profitable sector is the indus-

trial one; focusing on trucks, fleet

cars, heavy duty equipment,

military vehicles, farm equipment

etc will yield huge profit.

What do you require to get the

business going?

A van to collect the batteries

from the different locations. I will suggest

that you make contact with garages, dump

yards and others likely to come in contact

with batteries in large numbers. This is

better than trying to collect individual

batteries from many locations. For extra

incentive, you may offer to buy the batter-

ies for a few pounds or dollars.

Since you will be working with chemicals,

you need a small shop to operate the

business from. The back of the house or

your garage is unsuitable. You also need

electricity to charge the batteries and a

generator if you are going to do this in

countries with unreliable power supply.

Chemicals are also critical in this business.

For those who have the time and want to

save a bit of money, the internet is a good

source of information.

As with all our advice, due diligence is

required before spending or parting with

your money. Conduct your own research

and make sure this business is for you and

you can make it work.

Best of luck

How can having a mentor help in my day to day work?

Having a mentor is like having a critical friend and challenger working alongside you, someone to help guide you through the pitfalls of day-to-day working life and someone who provides a safe and secure place to bounce ideas and seek inspiration.

What is the difference between a life coach and a mentor?

A Life coach will typically work

with you to define and meet a

goal or goals identified as part of

the overall coaching agreement,

What are the benefits of having a life coach?

The goals and aims of Life Coaching are to aid and as-sist people to find clarity around the barriers that are holding them back and to create awareness to facilitate them in finding their own an-swers and resolutions to meet their goals.

A good Life Coach will help a client to explore their dilem-mas and work out how to resolve them, with the help of objective, non-judgmental yet challenging questions in the form of a conversation or series of conversations.

facilitating a positive for the

coachee through improved

thinking, this can include the use

of psychometric assessment

tools and other similar method-

ologies. A Mentor is often

someone whom the mentee

holds in high regard or is al-

ready successful and proven in

their field, they act as a guide to

assist the mentee in making

their career choices and deci-

sions, as well as, acting as a

sounding board for day-to-day

matters.

Welcome to the second edition of this maga-

zine. Like the first, this is also packed full of

ideas to get your entrepreneurial spirit on

the high.

The year 2010 would be remembered as the

year of the underdogs. It was the year that

the Liberal Democrats managed to find their

way into power in the UK, the first time in

living memory, all-be-it as part of a coalition.

The same pattern continued in sports. It was

the year Tiger Woods became ‗un-invincible‘.

Spain was crowned the football world cham-

pions against the might of Brazil, England,

Germany and Argentina.

In Formula 1; Sebastian Vettel, who was

never a front runner for most of the season

became the youngest World Champion,

thanks to the rivalries between the favourites.

RBR– Renault also won the constructors

trophy leaving the likes of McLaren, Ferrari

and Mercedes covered in exhaust fume.

Tennis did not disappoint, the ‗lord of the

courts‘; Roger Federer was disposed as the

number one tennis player by Rafael Nadal.

A few people broke the lottery records by

winning record accounts of money.

In Nigeria, it was the year President

Yar‘Adua went on a pilgrim to Saudi Arabia,

but didn't return alive, the reigns of power

moved to Jonathan Goodluck.

The year was about those quiet, hardworking,

less flashy people. 2011 is already shaping up

to be the year of break-throughs for those

who want to take chances and make the

world a better place.

This magazine is about people with passion who are

unafraid of taking calculated risks in order to im-

prove their lives and those of others around them,

using legitimate means to achieve their dreams.

We predict that this is the year that will lay a solid

foundation for those who are willing and ready to go

the extra mile.

When times are tough, the best dig deeper to

emerge victorious.

So turn this into the year that you make no excuses

for being the very best, don‘t settle for second best.

This is a year of execution. Check out some of the

ideas we will be bringing to you over the next few

issues

Happy reading. www.Ajotigers.com

Last edition, I mentioned a fast talking, Rolls Royce

loving and Jet owning pastor (aka Twin jets ) for his

love of ‗his and her Lear-jets‘.

Well, the church has gone one step further. Accord-

ing to unconfirmed sources, some churches are now

charging people to attend church services. Whilst the

established churches across the world are facing

significant drop in the numbers of their congregation,

the new ‗fire breeding‘ ones have grown exponen-

tially. Not contented with demanding the 10% tithe

and bowl begging for imaginary projects, the pastors

now want to guarantee that no one turns up without

donating generously to the confers of the church. So,

even though the bible said it may be more difficult for

the rich to enter the kingdom of God, it will now be

impossible for the poor to even worship without the

‗fixed penalty charges‘.

On a visit to Paris last December, I noticed three young

girls playing with snow, standing on the other side of the

road was another girl they had never seen or met before.

They shouted in at least 3 languages for the other girl to

join them, but no answer. Finally, they crossed the road and

spoke to her in English, she responded. The girls built a

snow-man together whilst their parents were unaware of

what the little girls were up to.

I watched with interest as the three girls hugged and said

their goodbyes to their new friend, when their parents

emerged from the shops. They waved to each other as they

departed as if they had known each other for years. The

fact that their new friend was of a difference race to them

did not matter. Kids see the world differently, their percep-

tion in life is affected by the adults around them.

————————————————-

My advice to the pastors; remember that whatever goes up

must come down with a bang. When the congregation sees

the light, it will be goodbye to the private jet and welcome

to Skoda, so enjoy the party whilst it lasts. Amen!!1

Imagine the strange life of a cow. In one country, it is seen

as sacred, roams around the streets without any worries,

is allowed to grow old gracefully in a sanctuary and treated

with respect and dignity. In others, it is just a first stage of a

tasteful burger or a mouth watering steak. Unfortunately,

the poor thing can not claim asylum or immunity from

prosecution. One of the few animals adored for being big

The Invincible man. One of the

entertainers in Barcelona

Sec Secrets of online success ness owners is that they rarely get any business through their websites. The critical question is: was the site designed to get business? Most often, it was not.

Having a website should be part of a company's online strategy, irrespective of the intention behind your website(s) and how they are designed. It is also not enough to have the “build it and they'll come flocking in” mental-ity. The websites need to be promoted so that your target audience knows it exists. Unless you have the skills and the time for online promotion, many companies usually outsource this to Internet marketing com-panies.

The promotional tactics/activities you adopt will, of cause, depend on who you are targeting and the result you are after. Determining this is your (and your marketing team) responsibility, not of the Internet marketing company though those worth their money in gold would have the skills to advice and help you determine who to target and the effective tactics to use. If you have an online strategy you will probably consider various online promo-tional tactics such as

SEO (blogging, link build-ing, articles, etc) Paid ads. Social media etc

SEO and social media have been huge buzz words lately and can be very effective when they are the appropriate strategies and tactics for your business. How-ever, if you are not diligent, you can easily be seduced into buy-ing such services without con-sidering if they will be effective for your business.

Don't fall for "we'll help your site be found by those looking for what you sell" trick often used by some SEO companies without first finding out if what you sell are indeed being actively sought for and how. To do otherwise will be like printing lots of mar-keting material and delivering them door to door without knowing if anybody in the area

The internet is one area where a small business can play on the same level field as multinational business. It allows a small busi-ness to have a global presence, if you have the right Internet marketing expertise.

Conducting some or all aspects of your business online is now a norm for many companies, but being an unregulated market, some online Internet marketers do claim result that can barely be backed-up.

There has been an explosion on online/Internet marketing ser-vices in the last few years with various claim of success. It is easy to impress business owners with obscure terms such as SEO, SERP, social media, link building, page rank, click through rate, page hit, and many more. All these can be useful when you understand and use them in the correct context. If part of your plan for 2011 is to have an online presence and attract more customers using Internet, it is better to have a more fo-cused marketing strategy.

Your virtual store front

An online presence must have a purpose that current and poten-tial customers can relate to the business. Many companies have a website simply because "everyone has one " or simply to make their company's informa-tion available online. But, there are many types of websites, the best one for your business is likely to be determined by your intention for the site. For exam-ple: what goal is the site to help achieve?

Your website should be part of a strategy to achieving some goals and if you are not thinking this way, you are likely to be sold a website that may be nothing more than a pretty brochure.

Activities vs. Results

One of the complaints from busi-

wants or needs what you are mar-keting. Of cause you may get some business that way but it's untar-geted. If the revenue you generate from such marketing tactic is enough to justify the cost then it's effective. Online marketing isn't usually "cheap" so "spray and pray" marketing tactics usually isn't effec-tive online.

Before you embark on developing (or redeveloping) your website consider what you want that web-site to do for your business and use that to guide you to develop a site that is appropriate for your inten-tions.

Just like you would not take out an ad to promote your office building, stay away from marketing your website but instead market your business and send prospects to where they can take the next step toward becoming customers, this could be your website.

When buying online marketing services, do your homework to first determine what you want to achieve. Business coaches and some online marketers can work with you to develop a marketing strategy which Internet marketing companies can help implement.

Philip Goden helps small & medium size businesses who find themselves struggling or just not growing as fast as they would like on the Internet to understand what's not work-ing, and provide them with a customised Internet marketing services to help them get the exposure they would like, at-tract more customers and make more money. www.semimco.com Telephone: 0333 3441107

Holiday destination– Barcelona

P A G E 5 V O L U M E 1 I S S U E 2

Since our readers work very hard,

they expect their money to work

even harder. Barcelona, Spain is a

popular holiday destination for all

those who want a cheap holiday

destination in Europe.

Most of the airlines fly from many

destinations during the holiday

seasons.

The Catalonian capital and the

host of the 1992 Olympic games is

full of museums and galleries for

those interested in those sort of

things, the landscape and city ar-

chitecture will definitely take your

breath away.

No visit to Barca is complete without visiting the Las Ram-

bla entertainers, levitating and doing the many things that

will get you lost in the wonderful atmosphere of this in-

credible city. The weather is Mediterranean for the most

part of the year. If you visit off season, then you can save on

hotels and flights, unless you love the night life, it is better

to stay out of the city centre, the transport system is great

and it‘s cheap to travel around. Taking the Metro is simple

and people speak good English, so its easy to get by.

For those of religious inclination, a visit to Montserrat is

definitely worth a go, but be warned that its likely to take

all day and whilst the church surrounding gives an incredible

scenery, listening to the Choir boys is just divine. The

cheapest way to explore the city is by public transport. I

will skip the flamenco dancers, not good enough for me, but

their dance routine is energetic enough.

to learn and the men who Salsa want to

keep it a secret. They love to keep their

ladies waiting. If you are one of those that

are shy, buy a video, get your partner inter-

ested and when the kids are in bed, sweat it

out together, remembering the good old

days in

the quiet

surround-

ing of

your

home.

One of

the best

Salsa dancers in the UK is Femi Otukoya.

The guy oozes style and pure machismo.

You can join him on face-book or just

review the video of his events. The former

Britain‘s Got Talent contestant is doing

both solo and group displays. He is also a

guest at many of the top Salsa competitions

and weekend events.

Meeting the man they dubbed the ‗King of

Salsa‘ was not easy, with schedules as tight

and plied as high as Simon Cowell‘s trouser

waist line, he could only spare a few min-

utes each time we met before dashing off to

another event. This time, it was a solo

display at a weekend event, followed by a

group dance at a big wedding reception.

My first question to the Salsa supremo was how in

the world did he get into Salsa? His answer was

unsurprising. The dance felt natural. He has been

dancing for over 15 years, taught in many locations,

but his passion for the Latin dance was what cata-

pulted him to the dizzy heights of the salsa world.

Like most dedicated artists, hours of practice re-

sulted in many trophies. Is he ready to hang up his

boots yet? ‗Not a chance‘ he said as a great smile

broke on his sweaty face, then he was off to dance

with his wife, Jan. Then a sight that I have rarely seen

anywhere else. The shouts of girls clamouring to

dance with the enigmatic man. I shook my head and

smiled. Some guys have all the luck. He promised to

have another shot at Britain‘s Got Talent this year.

Who knows, he might just be the next solo dancer

to win the competition. ‗Diversity‘ beware, there is a

new sheriff in town and he is gunning for your

crown.

If you are really brave, go for a salsa weekend. The

weekenders are spicy and require the stamina of a

horse for those who love to dance up 18 hours a

day, if you want. They have classes for all levels and

you can do as little or as much as you like. These

residential events take place across the country, so

look out for them. I would suggest attending a few

It is that

time of the

year when

we start to

feel the

extra bag-

gage around

the mid-

section. Obesity is likely to get worse

amongst people across the world as most of

us take life easy after a stressful time at

work.

Pounding the treadmill, lifting weights or

generally exercising are things most of us do

grudgingly, but if strutting your stuff on the

dance floor and wiggling your behinds to

confirm that ‗hips don't lie‘ ( apologies to

Shakira) is your thing , try Salsa. Thanks to

the many dance programs on the TV, its

now cool to dance.

I love re-living the days of ‗Soul train‘ with

Don Cornelius, but this time, to Salsa. The

Latin dance is slowly taking over the world.

A dance that allows a man to get so inti-

mate with a lady on the dance floor that if

he tries those moves anywhere else, he

could be facing some serious charges, if not

a punch in the mouth from partners.

To the men, Salsa is not only about keeping

fit or the old heart pumping, it is one of the

few dances

where you

get asked by

the ladies for

a dance. Its

When greed is good.

Book Summary: The Reunion Party by Wale Otukoya The book is about a group of friends

who met whilst in a boarding school

iwhen they were about 11 years old. A

junior boy who committed suicide in

school reappeared as a ghost and

decided to help the juniors in asserting

revenge against the senior boys, who

maltreated them. The boys started to

attack the unsuspecting seniors. The

book tells of a series of events and

rituals in the school.

Anthony Nwanko was a hunch back

dwarf with dreams of growing taller

and becoming a doctor. He overcame

several attempts on his life before the

age of ten. As a twin, his parents

chose him over his sister in a village

where it was a taboo to have twins. He

also survived the Nigerian civil war,

where he lost his mother.

On their last day in High school, the

boys met with some girls from the local

girls’ school, in a drunken rage they

promised to meet 30 years later for

a reunion party at the school. At

the reunion party, the boys and

girls told many made up stories

popularly known as ‘Fabus’.

They told the story of the

‘vigilante’; a highly decorated spy,

who after losing her fiancé to

armed robbers decided to hunt

down armed bandit in the country,

but she suddenly confessed to the

killings and was sentenced to

death by firing squad. Other

‘Fabus’ included the story of a 6

year old girl who wanted to be-

come the president of the country,

but not if the Aba Caliphates, the

group that has been controlling the

country from independence have

their way.

There was also a story of a group

of fishermen from the Scottish

Isles who won the converted Eng-

lish FA cup, with the help of the

‘terrible twins’, who were able to

use science and mathematics to

conquer the football world. Another

story was about the ‘lottery’ with a

difference, but there was a prize to

be paid in return. They also told a

story of a princess from an African

dynasty with a secret that shook

the kingdom. Another story was

that of a couple of pensioners who

embarked on new ways of making

money in their old age, including a

pensioner who employed a juju

man to help his daughter to win

tennis matches.

choose them based on your preferences. If

you like physical assets that will grow

gradually in the medium to long term,

property may be the right investment for

you. Others may go for precious metals like

gold and silver, commodities like oil and

cocoa are now common investments, just

like arts, classic cars or other collectables.

Shares are popular, but the recession has

made many of us weary, shares in RBS, one

of the largest banks in the world went from

£6 in 2007 to about 20p in 2009 and now

trading at about 40p, so at a point, shares in

RBS was trading at less than 5% of its value

2 years earlier (phew!!!). See graph on the

Bonds are a form of loans to either a cor-

poration or government. Most of them have

fixed return rates and depending on the

issuers, are safe, especially when issued by

governments, as a result, they are not a

quick or speculative way of making money.

The risk in all of these investments is that

you are relying on others to look after your

money. Despite the banks nearly bankrupt-

ing the world economy due to reckless

investments decisions, they are back de-

manding their huge bonuses. It‘s a bit like

rolling a pair of fully loaded dice. If they lose

our money, they get rewarded just as well

when they make money. They cannot lose,

but we can.

It is great to make the little tickle here and

there, but to really be rich, this magazine

has always advocated striving to find a

Let‘s not beat about the bush, we all want

to be rich, period. Money helps to make

life smoother, friends and families have

more fun. If you are rich and stupid, you

are eccentric, without money, you are an

idiot. There is nothing like being too rich,

you can always use the money to buy the

latest gadgets or make other people

happy, by giving the money away.

Its great to embrace the act of making

money, if we make it fun, its even better.

If you watch ‘celebrity cribs‘ or Sir Rich-

ard Branson on his wonderful Island, you

have to agree that the aspiration to be

rich is great and fun.

Getting seriously rich requires a different

type of mentality and not all of us will be

willing to do what it takes, but for most

of us, it is about comfortable living, mort-

gage paid off and a couple of holidays a

year with no financial worries.

For those who are contended with that,

then investments are critical, because

they are nicely working away even when

you are relaxing by the pool side.

Below are a list of investments, some of

them high yielding, others less so. The

problem with investment is that they also

have risks attached to them, the riskier an

investment is, the more returns one

should expect. If you keep your money in

the bank, it‘s reasonably safe, but then the

returns are measly as well.

Here is a list of the common ones,

passion that one can enjoy either part time or

full time. To find ones true calling will bring

happiness and satisfaction on which to build a

lasting future business. To paraphrase the words

of Dr Martin Luther King junior, ―if you are

going to be a street sweeper, be the very best‖.

Few things are as certain as taxes, most people

who earn above £50k p.a. in the UK will start to

pay tax at 40% . A self employed person is

allowed to deduct expenses, such as travel, cost

of doing business etc before tax, so a self em-

ployed person will be financially better off than

an employee with the same amount. By using a

combination of income tax and dividend pay-

ments for company owners, tax can be reduced,

hence the more money you earn, the less is the

percentage paid as tax.

Owning an investment property is a good exam-

ple, borrowing money to buy a rental property

is a good one, interest charges, capital allowance

on capital items, travel expenses to visit tenants,

legitimate direct expenses are allowable for tax

purposes.

Business owners are allowed to claim business

expenses before tax, for those using their

homes for business, a reasonable proportion of

their telephone, heating, water etc deductable

before tax. For employees, tax is taken at

source, from which you can then deduct the

expenses above. Successive governments are

willing to reward people who are bold enough

to take the risk.

Whatever motivates you to get up in the morn-

ing and work hard to make a honest living. Its

got to be worth that big house on the left.

According to the Gordon Gekko character

―Greed is good‖, when it motivates you to

create a lasting business.

Poem – My Broken Heart By Wale Otukoya

P A G E 7 V O L U M E 1 I S S U E 2

He sneaked into my precious heart Like a thief in the middle of the night I thought he was my shinning knight Until I realised he wasn’t even mine Thank God, I no longer have to whine About my lover with soft brown eyes Can’t blame him for falling for her lies Many men fall for her disguise Even more for her big fat thighs I thought our friendship was too strong For a man to make her do me wrong She claimed to be my friend Then turned my lover into a fiend. Now that she is with the one I love I will have to do without her shove With our friendship blown apart I have to nurse my broken heart Since she was the one that floundered I will make her pay for her blonder By striking her in the honker Walloping her hard in sweet revenge Against the wall at Stonehenge

But what use is her broken body When I have lost a great buddy When I see them I feel bitter My frustration turns into anger I am going to become a fighter So I can punch her into the gutter Or treat her like an eyesore Instead of a pal to adore She is now someone I abhor Rather than a mate to harbour

Do we all need a Finance Coach?

The answer is that the job of the coach is to

keep athletes in top conditions, making sure they

eat, sleep and train right.

Even the best athletes; Tiger Woods, Roger

Federer, Mike Tyson at his peak still needed a

coach to keep him in shape.

Does everyone need a coach?. Absolutely not. Some people will

require personal coaches to help them lose weight and look good,

others will need a Life coach or Mentor (see Jackie Elliott details

on page 2) to overcome current issues or to get them to focus and

complete projects. A finance coach is for those needing to get their

finance in order, overcome debt and plan for the future.

The question to ask yourself is, why do these great performers still

need coaches? Its simply to fulfil their potentials. Are you fulfilling

yours?

Do you remember the Olympic Boxing champion who didn't want

any coach to take a cut of his earnings. He had 100% of a very

small purse.

Money, finance, motivation, debt advice

If there is ever a reason to be hopeful, it‘s the

case of Ted Williams, one minute, the man

with the velvet baritone voice was living rough

on the streets of Columbus, Ohio, the next,

he was being pestered with million dollar

contracts. Same with Susan Boyle, the lady

the end of a very long queue when that was

being handed out, but she has a voice that

could knock out a heavy weight champion.

A victory for ordinary looking folks.
