Advertisement is any paid form of communication that is used to inform or remind persons about what the business has to offer.
Advertising also includes the effort to influence persons to buy the good(s) and service(s) instead of the competitors good(s) or service(s).
Definition of Advertisement
Persuasive- this advertising is aimed at persuading or influencing consumers to buy a particular good(s) or service(s).
Informative- this advertising gives the public information about the products or services been offered by the business.
Types of Advertising
Competitive- this advertising aims at attracting customers away from competitors. However, if competitive advertising is very successful the business will increase price, production and profits.
Reminder- this type of advertising is used to keep consumers thinking about product or service the business has to offer.
