Abraham Maslow’s Hierarchy of Needs Abraham Maslow’s theory of Hierarchy of Needs is based upon a persons own success and needs of life. His theory is you cannot reach the top of the pyramid until you are content with each level. The bottom layer ‘PHYSIOLOGICAL’ explains that a person needs to be content with heir own basic needs such as food, water, shelter, warmth ect. To be content with this may mean different things with certain people.
