A Prayer to the Most Holy Trinity

The Father is my hope. The Son is my refuge.

The Holy Spirit is my protector. Glory to the

holy and undivided Trinity, now and for ever.

Let us praise the Father, the Son and the Holy

Spirit; let us bless and exalt God above all for

ever! Almighty and everlasting God, to whom

we owe the grace of professing the true faith,

grant that while acknowledging the glory of the

eternal Trinity and adoring its unity, we may

through your majestic power be confirmed in

this faith and defended against all adversities;

through Jesus Christ our Lord, who lives and

reigns with you in the unity of the Holy Spirit,

one God, for ever and ever. Amen.

The Feast of the Sacred Heart of Jesus

La Fiesta del Sagrado Corazón de Jesús We will be celebrating the Patron

Feast Day of our beloved church on

Friday, June 28th. We will begin

with a procession at 5:30pm fol-

lowed immediately with Mass.

During the Mass we will have the

Consecration of the Sacred Heart of

Jesus. After Mass, there will be a

dinner in the gym. The Mass will be

bilingual.

Vamos a celebrar nuestra fiesta del

Sagrado Corazón de Jesús viernes, el

28 de junio. Empezamos con un

procesión a las 5:30pm con la Misa

directamente después. Vamos a tener

la Consagración del Sagrado Corazón

de Jesús durante la Misa. Vamos a

tener una cena después de la Misa en el

gimnasio. Esta Misa es bilingüe.

The next English Baptism class will

be held on Tuesday, June 25th at

12:00pm, noon. This class is consid-

ered an express lunch class that

provides those who are busy and can

only attend these classes during their

lunch breaks. This class will take

anywhere between 30 to 45 minutes.

Please remember that this class is

mandatory for both parents and God-

parents wanting to Baptize children in

the Catholic church. Please call the

The food pantry operates each 2nd and 4th Saturday of

the month at 9:00a.m. in an effort to help the less fortunate

of God’s children in our community. Thanks be to God, our

Food Pantry is now the largest in Eastern New Mexico! An-

yone interested in volunteering, please come at 8:30AM or

call Rosie Buchan at 575-309-5040 for further information.

We are in need of volunteer drivers for food box

deliveries as well as help Friday mornings.

The Food Pantry is in need of the following items:

Mashed potatoes, canned fruit, cookies, peanut butter and

jelly/jam.

Fridays at 9:30 a.m. with unloading

of commodities. Also, assistance on
