Enabling Screen Recording on the iPad

If your iPad is updated to iOS 11.0 or higher, you can turn on the screen recording

tool. This will really help when students use apps to create projects that will not save to the camera roll through the app.

1 Go to Settings and tap on Control Center. On the right side, tap the arrow across from Customize Controls.

2 Look down the list and tap on the green + next to screen recording.

3 Double tap the Home button or swipe up from the bottom of the iPad screen. You should now see the Screen Record Button.

4 Tap the Screen Record Button, watch the countdown from 3 to 1, then begin recording. When you are finished, double tap Home button and tap the Red Screen Record Button to stop the recording. Video will automatically be saved in the Photo Album.
