In mid-2017 international chain 7-Eleven will open a new service station and convenience store at the entrance of the Crossroads Industrial estate. 7-Eleven General Manager Corporate Affairs Clayton Ford said the estate was an ideal location as part of the brand’s expansion in the Western Australia market. “What we look for in a new location is a quality site with good traffic flow and consumer footfall, in an area where we can service the needs of the local community,” Mr Ford said. “Crossroads Industrial provides all of that and we’re really proud to be investing in a new store that will benefit workers and visitors as well as residents of Forrestdale and surrounding areas.” Construction is already underway to build the store, which will be located at the entrance to the estate. “Western Australia is a key growth area for 7-Eleven following our launch into this market in 2014,” Mr Ford said. “We’ve received a positive response from local consumers at our nearby stores at Byford South and Canning Vale that opened last year, and we recognised a gap in the market for our services within the Forrestdale area. “Our new store will provide customers with our full convenience offer, including high quality Mobil fuels, our market leading fresh food and coffee, snacks, drinks, grocery top up items, gift cards and convenient services such as an ATM and Moneygram money transfers.” 7-ELEVEN Indicative image only

“Crossroads Industrial provides all of that and we’re really proud to be investing in a new store that will benefit workers and visitors as well as residents of Forrestdale and surrounding areas.”

Construction is already underway to build the store, which will be located at the entrance to the estate.

“Western Australia is a key growth area for 7-Eleven following our launch into this market in 2014,” Mr Ford said.

“We’ve received a positive response from local consumers at our nearby stores at Byford South and Canning Vale

that opened last year, and we recognised a gap in the market for our services within the Forrestdale area.

“Our new store will provide customers with our full convenience offer, including high quality Mobil fuels, our market leading fresh food and coffee, snacks, drinks, grocery top up items, gift cards and convenient services such as an ATM and Moneygram money transfers.”
