    To receive their returns in the form of a cash payment which will

    be nanced from sales revenues once the developer begins selling

    plots on the open market. The estimated time frame for investors to

    receive their cash return is approximately 1-5 years.

    Lakes Country Club. This option will be made available 12 months

    from the date of the initial investment.
