Verbal Communication

• Verbal communication means with the use of words.

• Verbal communication can be Oral Or Written.

• Oral communication means saying your message with the use of words. It means transmission of ideas with the mouth.

Written Communication

• The conveying of message with the use of words in written form.

• It is the best tool to pass on information as it brings clarity and responsibility on the sender.

• People cant express properly

Non Verbal Communication

Man does not communicate through words alone, or through writing, speaking.

There is another aspect non word.

• Para Language

• Proxemics or Space Language

• Sign Language

Kinesics or Body Language

• It means use of body language, postures, gestures etc.

• By nodding our head.

• By blinking our eyes.

• Waving our hands

• Shrugging our shoulders.

Para language (Paralinguistic)

• Para means “like”. Like language

• Paralinguistic is the systematic study of how a speaker verbalizes.

• Voice is the important part of human.

• It tells about the gender, background, education.

• Pause

• Non –fluencies

• Volume variation

Proxemics or Space Language

• Non verbal communication includes not only body language but also space, time , physical environment around us.

• Proxemics is the study of how we communicate with the space around us.

Distance wise

• Intimate space language

• Personal space language

• Social space language

• Public space language
