This is the first time the property has been on the market for over 20 years, testimony the the property and it’s environs indeed. After a long days work in the City the owners have always enjoyed coming home and fare certain that any buyer will feel the same way.

Garden And Exterior

The house is very well screened from Coombe Lane West by mature trees and shrubs and a block-paved driveway provides parking for many vehicles. There is also a large garage. The rear garden is almost totally private and one can sit and relax on the large patio entertaining family and friends on those warm summer days and evenings. There is an ornamental fishpond and a large expanse of lawn for mature trees and shrubs, including a flowering rhododendron tree. There are so many facilities close to hand. New Malden High Street and station are just over a mile away, Kingston’s bustling town centre is a short distance further and in the direction of London is Wimbledon Village on the edge of Wimbledon Common. There are many schools in the area in both the state and private sectors, reputedly some of the best to the south west of London.
