Center » Installed hand sanitizer stations throughout the center » Provides Covid-19 training and daily temperature screening for all employees » Increased signage outlining advisable precautions (e.g. hand washing) » Employs the use of a new product called BNC-15 is effective against

the coronavirus. This product is utilized by staff on each shift to spray and disinfect all doorknobs, ledges, counters, handrails, escalator rails and other surfaces people touch regularly

All meeting Room and Ballrooms will be set with CDC accepted social distancing guidelines:

» For events set in rounds: Layout will include 6’ rounds that will accommodate 4 person each and rounds will be spaced 6’ apart

» For events set theatre style: Layout will include seats that are spaced 6’ apart on all four sides.

» The WOC Virtual Career Fair will give the same, if not more access, to talented students and professionals in STEM and will create a long-term, unique branding opportunity with this country’s leading colleges and universities.

» Students (at home) or teachers (in the classroom) will receive access links to log on at a certain time. DAPCEP will work with participants to ensure connectivity. Workshops will be hands-on and engaging.

» Materials will be delivered to schools and distributed to students in advance of conference.

» Agenda, speakers and interactive content will be established early. Speakers will receive protocol and instructions in advance. They will log on to platform at their designated time. Their workshop may be repeated several times, based on the number of students in the rotation.

» Virtual Pre-College experience can be recorded for viewing post-conference.
