6. The permittee shall not allow members of the public, at any timet whether on or off thezoo premises to have direct physical contact with any Primate or any permit animal ofthe following families: Felidae[ Canidae, Ursldae, Procyonidae and Mustelidae. TheEdmonton District Fish and Wildlife Officer may, by reasonable written notice, expandthis l ist to include other families of animals.

7. The permittee, prior to any off premise display of animals possessed under theauthority of this permit/ shall report the time and location of the display to the nearestFish and Wildlife Division District office.

8. Where the public is allowed direct contact with other permit animals not listed incondition 6 above or when the other permit animal is not housed in it's lockedcontainer, the permittee must provide continuous direct supervision by qualified andcapable zoo personnel.

9. The permittee must ensure that qualified and capable zoo personnel are present on thepublic premises at ail times when the zoo is open to the public. Zoo personnel mustdisplay visible identification easily recognizable to the public.
