The Purpose of this presentation is to help configuring YP Quotes plug-ins and applications

Please use these guidelines to make the whole process of configuring YP Configuration easy and time efficient.

1.1 After installation, your SalesForce application picker at the top right should contain new YP Quotes application.

1.2 Configure a user to access YP Quotes application by assigning them a custom profile.

2.1 Edit opportunity page layout assignment.

2.2 Assign YP Quotes layout to the profile your YP Quotes user is configured with. Save assignment.

3.1 Edit the "View" action under products, "Standard Buttons and Links" section.

3.2 In the "Override Properties" section, choose Override With: "Product Page (yp_Product_Page)". Save assignment.

3.3 Choose Quote Line Item from your custom objects list.

3.4 Edit the "New" action under products, "Standard Buttons and Links" section.

3.5 In the "Override Properties" section, choose Override With: "QuoteLineItemAdd (yp_QuoteLineItemAdd)".

(Optional) Configure default landing tab for YP Quotes user

4.1 Edit the profile your YP Quotes user is configured with and check the "Default" radio button next to the YP Quotes application under "Custom App Settings" section.

4.2 After login, you YP Quotes user will be inside the YP Quotes application.
