At present time Artemia is widely used as live food in many countries.For example, the use of Artemia nauplii in fish farms in England has increased the survival rate of flounder’s larvae one and a half times. The main consumers of nauplii are fish-breeding enterprises. During the time of cultivation freshwater fishes (carp, grass carp, lake trout), marine fishes (mullet, flounder, trout, sturgeon fish), also a giant shrimp, crabs and lobsters at an early stage of their growing need to feed them with live feeds.
