Recently, we have been in the Minneapolis market handling a extensive job on hundreds of homes throughout the entire Twin Cities area. Mike and Jon have been awesome to work with! This company provides VERY high quality work with all different paint types and sheens. They have also handled minor drywall corrections and caulking with precision and expertise. It is 1 in a million to find a contractor like this. They are very reliable, showing up on time to every appointment set, responding to calls and emails quickly and also offer great prices. DUE DILIGENCEThis stage will help you understand the market conditions in the territory you’re interested in and what success could look like for you. We’ll follow up with a financial forecast tool and arrange calls with existing franchise partners so you can ask about their experiences. If we believe you’re a good fit for our brand, we’ll invite you to our corporate headquarters in Vancouver, BC, to spend the discovery day with us so you can experience the culture first-hand and meet with key people. If we award you the franchise, you’ll complete a Reservation Agreement to reserve the selected territories.
