Wedding Coordination Services in CaymanWe have an in house coordinator that can help you with all your needs in order to make for a memorable and stress free day.Below are our non-negotiable Fees/Package options – Use of the air conditioned Bridal Room included:Package #1 (Day of Support CI$500/USD$625)*:If you would like to plan your own wedding, however on your wedding day, you do not want to coordinate all the vendorsyou have hired. Leave it to us! We will need all information/invoices of all the vendors you have hired two weeks prior to your wedding day and we will make sure everything will arrive/set up how it is supposed to, according to the information you have provided us in order to help execute a flawless event, so all you will have to do is show up. Food & beverage costs are not included and will be additional.*Off-site weddings coordination (any location off Grand Old House property ie: church, beach, private home…etc..), add CI$500/USD$625-

Wedding Coordination Services in CaymanPackage #2 (Full Support CI$1,000-/USD$1,250-)*:Full support in planning your wedding at Grand Old House. We will coordinate everything from start to finish of what you envision for the day so all you will have to do is show up. Vendor pricing is not included and will be additional to this fee. Food & beverage costs are not included and will be additional.*Off-site coordination (any location off Grand Old House property ie: church, beach, private home…etc..), add CI$500/USD$625-We have a marriage officer whom we work with and can perform either a religious or civil ceremony. Fee is CI$700- /US$875- for non-residents and CI$450- for residents/locals (fees are different for residents and non-residents). This includes the paperwork and handling for your application to government.

Wedding Coordination Services in CaymanWe will require the following documents from you in order to start the application process for your marriage license:
Copy of divorce decree/death certificate, if applicable SML application form filled, which I will send to you once the date is
confirmed Form for minister filled, which I will send to you once the date is
confirmed Copy of you and your fiancé’s passport
Once you arrive on island, the marriage officer would like to meet with you and your fiancé at Grand Old House a few days before your wedding day. Please bring your passports as I will need a photocopy of the white landing card that you will get from immigration upon arrival to complete the submission to government.
