Prayer For Vocations Good and Gracious God, you have called us by our baptism to discipleship with Your Son Jesus Christ and have sent us to bring good news of salvation to all people. We pray that You will grant us more priests, deacons religious brothers and sisters and lay ministers to build up Your Church within the Diocese of Phoenix. Inspire our young men and women to give themselves totally to the work of Christ and His Church. We ask this through Christ, our Lord. Amen.

Prayer For Priests

O Jesus, Eternal Priest, keep Your priests within the shelter of Your most Sacred Heart, where none can touch them. Keep un-stained their anointed hands, which daily touch Your Sacred Body. Keep unsullied their lips daily tinged with Your Precious blood. Keep pure and unworldly their hearts, sealed with the sub-lime mark of the priesthood. Let Your Holy Love surround and protect them from the world’s con-tagion. Bless their labors with abundant fruits and may the souls to whom they minister be their joy and consolation here, and their everlasting crown in the hereafter. Amen.

Oración Por Los Sacerdotes Oh Jesús, Sacerdote Eterno, man-tén a tus sacerdotes al abrigo de tu Sagrado Corazón, donde nadie pueda tocarlos. Mantén sin man-char sus manos ungidas, que diaria-mente tocan Tu Sagrado Cuerpo. Mantén sus labios limpios diaria-mente teñidos con Tu preciosa san-gre. Mantén puros y no mundanos sus corazones, sellados con la mar-ca sublime del sacerdocio. Deja que Tu Santo Amor los rodee y los pro-teja del contagio del mundo.
