UTS Union Annual Gala Dinner 2012 Brief/Objective: The primary aim of the event was to celebrate a successful year for over 130 affiliated UTS clubs and its members. The winners of the 2012 Club of the year Award was also announced on the night with a trophy and a cash grant of $2,000.

Outcome: The event was a success with over 400 people in attendance.

Responsibilities: Collaboration with the organisation and promotion of the event,including handling all arrangements made with stakeholders e.g. Venue, catering and entertainment.HIghly involved with the event design and concept.

Back to the Future O’Fest 2013

Brief/Objective: Engage students with the O’day and O’Fest program by offering a number of high profile bands live acts and Dj’s performances. The event featured bands such as: Miami Horror and The Potbelleez.

Outcome: Successful presence of 2,000 students.

Responsibilities: Liaised with music labels in order to negotiate artists to perform, source of suppliers, price negotiation and booking according to budget, organise and supervise volunteers, catering, travel and accommodation arrangement, participation in the sponsorship proposal.

Client objective: This activity was a crucial part of the marketing strategy to position the European women's brand AMELE in Australia by creating awareness and engagement with potential customers.

Outcome: The three days event was a resounding success with extremely positive coverage by the media including first page on the newspaper mXnet.

Responsibilities: Accountable for the coordination and logistics of the event in liaison with PR agency.

Kit Kat sampling campaign at Martin Place. http://vimeo.com/68766625 Brief/Objective. This activation was part of the worldwide campaign “Have a break, have a Kit Kat” designed to encourage consumers to make the most of their breaks by engaging with the activities.

Outcome: The outdoor activation was extremely successful attracting people and sampling almost 10,000 Kit Kat during the three days campaign.

Responsibilities: Liaised with Kit Kat’s creative agency to coordinate the event.

Ultimat and Patron Vogue Fashion Night Out party at David Jones www.vogue.com.au/fno/coverage/watch+highlights+from+fashions+night+out+2013,27078

Objective. Increase brand awareness and particularly brand building in the case of Ultimat Vodka.

Outcome: High brand exposure with an average of 5,000 attendees on the night and good media coverage. Good traffic to social media channels represented by 300 new fans in Facebook during the event.

Responsibilities: Liable for the participation of Ultimat and Patron as official sponsors of of the Vogue Fashion Night out party. Responsible for the online and onsite/ event brand presence, event styling and logistics.

Ultimat spring party at Elysium in Brisbane

Objective. VIP event organised to gain brand recognition with the local market.

Outcome: Almost 400 guests enjoyed a night with Ultimat Cocktails and received more than $2,000 in cash and prizes in a competition. To enter attendees had to like Ultimat facebook page and share their photos on the night.

Responsibilities: Design and theming of the venue, logistics, on site event management.

5th Annual Rolling Stones Awards with Patron at Beach Road Bondi, Sydney http://www.rollingstoneawards.com.au/video.html

Objective: Brand exposure for Patrón as naming rights sponsor of the Rolling Stone Awards for three consequently years.

Outcome: The event managed to attract over 1,000 guests, including people from the music and entertainment industry, who are considered the right target audience. Guest turned out in force to sample premium cocktails by Patrón.

Responsibilities: Actively involved with the organisation of the event including venue selection, theming, event promotion, logistics, on –the- day hosting, brand presence.

3rd Annual Liquid Miles Finale Party 2013.

Objective: Event designed to announce the 2013 winners of the Liquid Miles incentive trade program and prizes valued at AUD$ 15,000.

Outcome: Successful event for the liquor industry with an average of 400 people in attendance.

Responsibilities: Accountable for the concept, design and logistic of the event including venue, catering, performance, guest lists and promotion.

Top Shelf 2014 at the Royal Exhibition Building. Melbourne.

Objective. To position South Trade as the Australian leader liquor importer and distributor, offering an opportunity to network with liquor industry experts who were invited to run workshops and more than 40 free educational seminars and demonstrations.

Outcome: The event was a wonderful opportunity to showcase the company’s portfolio. It attracted over 4,000 attendance and was a financial success. it is expected a similar model for next year.

Responsibilities: Fully accountability for all aspects of the event including organise venue, speakers, event material and programs, concept and design, attendance registration, logistic planning, event promotion, budgeting and event evaluation.
