Indians and people of Indian origin came from across the UK to visit the show, and engaged exhibitors with serious interest in property investment. The next edition of the Indian Property Show in London is now around the corner. Held at the prestigious and centrally located Olympia London, this 2 day exhibition of Indian properties promises to get you one on one with high networth NRIs on a global platform. If you are a

Here is a checklist which will help you. Ensure you have all documents as mentioned in the check list:
All Indian Passport Holders travelling to the United Kingdom must apply for "STANDARD VISITOR VISA" costing 85 UK Pounds per person. You can apply for a visa upto 3 months before your date of travel to the United Kingdom. All applicants must have an Indian Passport which is valid for a period of 6 Months or more during the time of Application. Post applying online an appointment date will be allotted for taking your fingerprints & a Photograph at the Visa Application Centre in your respective city. Issue of a Visa will take3 weeks.
Listed here are simple steps on how to go about applying for a visa to the United Kingdom:
STEP 1Visit www.vfsglobal.co.uk/India/ & Click Know your Visa Type which will prompt you to click on UK Government Website for Visas and Immigration to know the type of Visa you must apply for and to know other details such as documents required.
STEP 2Click “Apply for a Visa Online” in the how to apply section of the VFS Global website.
STEP 3On the UK Visas & Immigration website please register yourself first to apply online and then log in to fill in the application form.
STEP 4Post filling in the Application Form applicants will receive a date for submitting Biometric Information which is mandatory.
1. Appointment Confirmation.
2. A Valid Passport or Travel Document.
3. 1 recent passport-sized (45mm x 35mm) colour photograph of your face, which meets the requirements of UK Visas and Immigration’s photograph guidance.
4. A printout of your online application form signed and dated.
5. A printout of the receipt for the User Pay services paid online.
6. You will be asked to complete a document checklist on arrival at the Visa application centre.
7. 6 Months bank statement (Company + Personal Account)
8. 6 Months Pay-Slip.
9. Income Tax papers for the last 3 years (Company & Personal (FORM 16) )
10. Invitation Letter from London (This will be organised by Sumansa)
11. Hotel booking.
12. Air ticket booking.
13. Letter from your company stating that you have been assigned to travel by your company to London for the Indian Property Show.
14. Request letter from your end explaining the following points: Self-Introduction of yourself (Name, Your Company)• Reason for travelling to London (Exhibition) • Your travel details (Travel Dates/Hotel)
15. Letter from the Venue (This will be organised by Sumansa)
16. Your Company Profile.
17. Your Project brochure.
18. Business cards.
19. Any other financial document (Any Property owned in Home country, Bank deposits)
