ORIGIN & HISTORY1989-Present
Xp3 is manufactured by Xp Lab Inc., a privately held research & development
company in San Diego, California specializing in manufacturing fuel additives,
greases, lubricants, detergents, cleaners, fuel ID protection and anticorrosion
coatings for commercial and industrial clients around the world.
Xp Lab’s go to market strategy is to deal with a single master distributor for each
country.
As of 2015, Xp Lab has 28 master distributors in 28 different countries.

Repstar Agencies Inc.2010 - Present
Repstar Agencies Inc. is a Manufacturer’s Rep & Wholesale Distribution Firm
based out of Ile Des Chenes, MB. It started operations in March 2010, and was
incorporated in May 2012.
Repstar Agencies’ background was in the heavy truck and transportation parts
and accessories industry, representing several product lines used in trucking
and transportation.
In January 2014, Repstar Agencies acquired Master Distribution rights for Xp3
in Canada with a go to marketing strategy of distributing through;
1. Warehouse Distributors in major cities
2. BULK Resellers for Industrial and Commercial markets, and
3. Retail Dealers for the retail consumer markets

CASE STUDY - TRUCKINGImproves Fuel Economy
A Pepsi bottling plant operating a fleet of 100 trucks conducted in-depth validation testing on Xp3 over 5,000 kilometers. Areas tested were fuel consumption, fuel filter condition, oil analysis and effects on fuel injectors.
Test results showed savings of 9.49% better fuel economy, fuel injectors became clean of soot and free of carbon and the life expectancy to overhaul
engines was extended by 25% with oil analysis, showing 47% less sulfur, 42% less soot, 84% less chrome, 100% less lead and 8.4% less oxidation.

CASE STUDY – HEAVY EQUIPMENTImproves Fuel Economy
Centennial Gravel & Excavating operates more than 50 pieces of diesel powered equipment year round. Their primary interests in Xp3 were to reduce fuel costs and improve the operation and extend operating life of their equipment.
“We first did a trial test of Xp3 in our diesel pick up trucks and on our first treated tank, we clocked more kilometers than we’ve ever had, prior to treatment. Now, we pre-treat our bulk tanks to extend fuel savings into our entire fleet and after 3 months, we also noticed that our oil stayed cleaner longer,” Noel Petit, co-owner of Centennial Gravel & Excavating Ltd.

CASE STUDY - FARMINGImproves Fuel Economy
Christensen Farms
Magrath, AB
Casey Christensen operates a farm in southern Alberta and runs two New Holland combines with identical specs and sequential serial numbers.
Validation testing on Xp3 was conducted during the 2014 harvest season, over 145 engine hours, of which 115 were thrashing hours. The two combines ran side by side in the same crops, in the same fields at the same speed.
Test results showed better fuel efficiency of 5.49%from the combine using Xp3 treated fuel over the combine that was not using Xp3 treated fuel.

CASE STUDY – STATIONARYImproves Fuel Economy
A long term test using Xp3 in a CAT diesel generator was conducted over the course of 30
months of continuous operation.
The first phase of the test was to run the generator for 18 months straight with Xp3 treated
fuel showing a savings of 8.8%.
The second phase of the test was to run the generator with regular diesel fuel (not treated
with Xp3) to re-confirm the baseline numbers.
The third and final phase was to once again introduce Xp3 treated fuel to the operation of
the generator. The final test results showed a savings of 8.97%.
Test results showed savings of over 8% less fuel consumed by using Xp3 treated fuel.
The objective of this year long test was to measure and validate the level of reduced fuel consumption by using Xp3 to treat their fuel in machinery and equipment used at Usina Coruripe’s sugar manufacturing facility in Brazil.
5 Machines identified as “CASE 8-800” group tabulated a net savings of $89,998 Brazilian Real (= approx. $35,600 CDN).20 Machines identified as “MX-220” group tabulated a net savings of $77,641 Brazilian Real (= approx. $30,780 CDN).9 Machines identified as “MX-135” group tabulated net savings of $4,047 Brazilian Real (= approx. $1,600 CDN).
Total annual savings of over $60,000 CDN per year.

DEALER DYNO TESTEDMore Power & Less Pol lution
Ste. Annes CO-OP, in Steinbach, MB commissioned Walls Rod Custom to conduct
dyno testing on Xp3 to validate Xp3’s claim of producing more torque and more
power out of fuels.
DYNO test results showed an increase of 11 ft. lbs of torque when single dosed and 16 ft. lbs of torque when double dosed.

The most significant improvement in improved fuel economy was a truck that went from 5.3 mpg to 7.1 mpg.
They also gained protection against problems related to biofuels, gelling and filter clogging problems in cold weather operation.
Cleaner trailers due to no more black smoke from exhaust stacks, a savings of $80 every time a trailer no longer needed to get washed due to black smoke.
Oil changes were stretched out, from 15,000 miles to 23,000 miles using oil sampling analysis.
Estimated cost savings for the entire fleet is about $6,000 per truck, per year after the input cost of Xp3.

An owner operator of a Peterbilt semi truck and a diesel Dodge pickup truck put Xp3 through the test over thousands of kilometers. His semi truck hauls flatdeck heavy loads, averaging 135,000 lbs and consuming approximately 2,700 imp. gallons of diesel per month. The semi truck saw an improvement of 1/2 mpg and cleaner oil when sampling test results come back after 50,000 km compared to historical oil test results, and his pick up truck saw an improvement of 5 mpg. “We are also using Xp3 Gasoline in our Cadillac SRX. We used to get 430 kms out of a tank, but with Xp3, we now get 500 kms per tank. I use Xp3 in everything I own.” Harold Szybunka.
