SECURITY TRAINING As the importance of security and passenger screening increased in recent years, it has become clear that screening skills and procedures need to be improved. While current technologies provide high resolution images and image manipulation, it isevident, that a human operator has to man the machine. It is being realized that the technology is maximized only when the screener is well selected and trained. The success of our security operations depend on recruiting and training the right people,keep them motivated, and give them the correct tools to work with. Ongoing training of screeners and effective supervisory training is critical for maintaining and enhancing skills.

XDsystems training software is an advanced, personalized, web based system for training and managing progress of screeners.
