Work Manager Full Menu – Work Orders by Supervisor – Export to Excel

Reliability Fusion™ LAI Reliability Systems, Inc.

1. Main Menu – Hover your mouse over the Main Menu button and then click on the Work Manager – Full Screen button.



2. Search – Click on the Search button.3. Supervisor – Click on the Supervisor button.



4. Supervisor – Click on the desired Supervisor hyperlink.



5. From Date – Click on the From Date button.

6. Select Date – Select the desired Date.



7. To Date – Click on the To Date button.

8. Select Date – Select the desired Date.



9. Save – Click on the Save button.



10.Results – The Results of your Search by Supervisor with today’s date are displayed.



11.Export to Excel – To view the results of any search click on the Excel button.

12.Save – Click on the Save button in the File Download dialog box.



13.Folder – Select Folder where you want to store Work Order List.

14.File Name – Enter in the File Name for the Work Order List.



15.Save as Type – Click on the Save as Type down arrow button and select Microsoft Office Excel 97-2003.

16.Save – Click on the Save button.



17.Open – After the file has downloaded click on the Open button.



18.Yes – Excel will begin to open and will tell you the file is in a different format, go ahead and click on the Yes button.



19.Excel – The Work Order List is now in Excel.
