prayers. Then my

 the day I oversee the

education of young

girls that have been

sent to my household

to learn manners and

get a good education.

Sometimes when my

husband is away I look

over the finances andcollect the rent, as well

as supervising the

farming and settling

disputes. After these

discussions I have a

midmorning meal and

prayers. Then I attend

to my housewifely

duties supervising the

meals and stores. After

my regular duties I

sometimes have leisure

time for dancing

practice and

embroidery. I have an

evening prayer with a

nighttime meal and

then entertainment,

including music,dancing, juggling,

acrobatics, and jesters.

Before bed I have final

nighttime prayers and

my day is through. I

begin this over again

the next day, as

routine is very

important to oursociety. This routine,

although proper and

important is tiresome

and I wish for more

activity within my daily

routine. Please help

me.

Signed most

graciously,Elizabeth Beaton of
