INFORMATICA IICS AND API MANAGEMENT

API Manager is a cloud-based service that an organization can use to manage the APIs for enterprise services and processes that are built in Informatica Cloud Application Integration. With API Manager, your organization can deploy, manage, and control the use of APIs provided by IICS Platform Service Endpoints. API Manager ensures safe and secure access to your organization APIs defined within your IICS Platform Orgs.

Administrators can define declarative policies to control authentication, authorization rules, and monitor usage of your managed API endpoints while using the API Analytics Dashboard. API endpoints can also be configured to report potential sensitive data leaks by analyzing API messages and creating a warning when sensitive data is passed within request/response data payloads.

External systems and service consumers have the option to enable the API portal to access the service registry and the corresponding

API metadata and documentation.
