Beverage Services

You must be 21 years or older and it is against New York state law to bring in your own alcoholic beverages. Charges are based on the number of drinks served. A gratuity charge of 19% is added to each hosted bill. For your convenience state beverage tax has been included in the sales price. If bar revenue does not exceed $350 over a one and a half hour time period a service charge of $75 will be added to the bill. One bartender per 50 guests is standard.

A cocktail server is available at $50 for a two hour time period.

The Wheelhouse Lodge (25- 100 guests) The wheelhouse is located mid-way on the slopes. A quick lift ride to a plateau setting nestled in natural Catskill Mountain scenery. This picture highlights a gorgeous view from the outdoor patio.

An initial non-refundable deposit equal to the greater of one night (plus tax) or one half of the total bill is required prior to the event along with a signed contract to block rooms

All rates are per night for single or double occupancy Minimum 30-day notice for all cancellations

$25 charge for each additional guest in each room, per night $25 per night fee for cot (not applicable in condos)
