This is a ‘Shop Swipe Win’ Competition organized by the Promoter. By entering the Competition, you agree to participate in good faith in accordance with these Terms and Conditions

1. The Promoter of this competition is BancABC Botswana (“The Promoter”).

2. The Competition will run, effective on 29th July 2019 - 31st December 2019, both dates inclusive.

3. All information relating to this Competition and any promotional material will form part of the terms and conditions of entry.

4. This competition is only open to residents of the Republic of Botswana who hold a BancABC Visa Card and are over the age of 18 years. Specific qualifying products are: Personal (Fresh, Gold, Platinum and Diamond) debit cards, Personal (Gold, Diamond) Credit cards, Prepaid Cash Card and Travel Card (ZAR, USD, EUR, GBP) and the Botswana Life Rewards card.

5. Cardholder must swipe a minimum of P1000.00 per month using the above mentionedcards over the period of the promotion.

6. The grand prize draw will be conducted on or before 24th January 2020.

7. Only accounts in good standing will be considered for the prize draw.

8. The prizes are the following:

Prize 1 (Grand Prize): all expenses paid trip for two to Phuket, Thailand valued atP35,000.

Prize 2: Four Spar supermarket shopping vouchers worth P1000, 00 monthly. Total of 16 Spar supermarket shopping vouchers for the duration of the competition.

Prize 3: Three microwave units worth P1500. Total of 9 vouchers for the duration of thecompetition. Offer only includes microwave units and parts. This offer does not includeinstallation costs. Manufacturers’ warranty applies through the supplier.

NB: Any expenses incurred in excess of those stated above, and paid for as part of a specific prize, and any liability incurred will be for the prize winner’s own account.

Terms And Conditions

9. The Prizes are non-transferable and there will be no cash alternatives.

10. The judges’ decision on pronunciation of the winners of the Prizes is final.

11. Winners of the Prizes will be contacted telephonically by the Promoter or its agent and the names of the winners will be displayed on the Promoter’s website www.bancabc.co.bw and/or media (print, broadcast, social media).

12. The winners will be picked during an electronic random selection draw conducted by the bank.

13. To win the Grand Prize, you and your travel partner must be in possession of an international passport valid for at least six months from the date of travel. These conditions for qualifying for the Grand Prize are not negotiable. Should the winner not be in possession of a valid passport as stipulated above, by this condition the Grand Prize will be forfeited and the bank reserves the right to award the Grand Prize to the next qualifying entrant if you are not in possession of a valid international passport.

14. To win the Grand Prize, you must be able to travel at the stipulated time - frame. These dates are not substitutable and no indulgence or exceptions will be made regarding trip / package changes or extensions.

15. If the winner is barred from international travel for any reason, including a ban by operation of the law or any other reason whatsoever, the promoter reserves the right to cancel the price award without any monetary compensation. There are no exceptions to this condition.

16. You must not be a director, member, partner, employee, franchisee, agent of, or a consultant to the Promoter, nor an immediate family member, employee, business partner and/or business associate of such director, member, partner, employee, franchisee, agent or consultant or marketing service provider in relation to this Competition.

17. The award of all prizes will be subject to the authentication of the identity of the winner through presentation of an original identity card and/or a valid passport.
