METHODS
• Received help at the Fitness Facilities front desk so we were able drop off our surveys so they can be picked up as people came in
• Made a survey that was straight forward and easy to respond to

• Everyone has their own personal approach when working out
• The comparison of men and women’s approached to a workout vary
• There were some similarities but the differences outweighed the similarities
