How To DownloaD Your PHoToswHen To exPecT Your PHoTos anD VirTual Tour:Please make note of our policy and plan your photo shoots accordingly. Photos will be delivered the next business day (for residential real estate properties). You will receive an email to the Dropbox folder which contains your photos (for detailed instructions on how to download your photos, please see the ‘Dropbox Instructions’ file in the Resources area of the website). It takes time to create the virtual tour so those links will be sent separately. If you have not received your photo or tour by the end of the next business day, please check your junk mail folder as the emails occasionally get caught in there. Otherwise, please contact us and we will get them to you as soon as possible!

We use a service called Dropbox to get the photos to you. You will receive an email that looks like this:

Click on the link that says ‘View Folder’. If you are a new user, you will need to create an account with Dropbox (this will be used every time you receive your photos).

Once you are logged into Dropbox, you will see the photos sitting there like this:
