Learning from TABCBP permits can be beer or liquor permits.B permits are liquor permits. The surcharge fees changed as did the monthly file layout. In very rare cases, it is possible to have the same permit number on two different locations and owners. This happens with permits that have existed since the early 1980’s.Cities can collect the same fees that the Counties collect.
Learning from TABCHow TABC intended the four liquor permits (MB, LB, CB, RM) to be paid on a 2 year schedule. The ACT Permits system has been programmed to follow this schedule.
