Having a good lifestyle is not only a dream for people but staying consistent is where the real problem lies. In this presentation, you can only find ways to have a healthy lifestyle but it is up to you if you want to keep consistent with this.

Good health is not only achieved by having peace in your life but also when you have good food, clothes, stress-free life. Try to have nutrient-rich food, eat portions of different nutrients, take 3 meals a day, too much caffeine is a big no-no, and drink plenty of water.

When you move your body it releases a toxin called endorphins which boosts your mood. Exercising not only uplifts your mood but also sets the base of energy for the whole day. Try to set a routine where you work out in the morning.
