Ground Floor

One Research Way has been designed specifically to meet the needs of businesses in the growing Science & Technology sectors. Seen as a hub for innovation and collaboration, the building is positioned at the entrance to Plymouth Science Park on elevated land, overlooking the campus. Open plan meeting areas and breakout pods have been integrated into the layout to encourage communication and facilitate interaction between businesses based at the Park.

Plymouth Science Park is positioned 5 minutes from the A38 and 10 minutes from Plymouth city centre, where high speed trains connect to London in less than 3 hours.
