Started in 1996 with Phase 1, the Park has developed into a campus of ten buildings, each catering for businesses in different sectors and at different stages of their growth.

Help you grow with the PSP Advisory BoardPSP’s ethos is to support the growth plans of our tenants. Our Advisory Board has worked on a wide range of issues including business plans, strategy development, accessing funding or investment, mergers and acquisitions, marketing and product development. This support is funded by PSP and is a significant factor in the success rate of start-ups at PSP and in an average growth rate of 30% for PSP tenants.

Keep you informed PSP hosts regular business support events on topics such as funding, technology and management skills. We also organise networking events to encourage collaborative partnerships across the Park.

One Research Way has been designed specifically to meet the needs of businesses in the growing Science & Technology sectors. Seen as a hub for innovation and collaboration, the building is positioned at the entrance to Plymouth Science Park on elevated land, overlooking the campus. Open plan meeting areas and breakout pods have been integrated into the layout to encourage communication and facilitate interaction between businesses based at the Park.

Plymouth Science Park is positioned 5 minutes from the A38 and 10 minutes from Plymouth city centre, where high speed trains connect to London in less than 3 hours. Next to Derriford Hospital and Plymouth University Peninsula School of Medicine and Dentistry (PUPSMD), the campus offers excellent facilities for Science and Technology businesses including those in digital and creative, e-commerce or bio medical fields.
