Kothie Fogger in personnel field Selected for training at Keesler AFB, Miss., in the personnel field after completing basic training at Lackland AFB, Tex., is Airman Kateri B. Fogger, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. A. G. Wind Jr. of Lake Carmel, N.Y. During the six weeks at Lackland, the airman studied the Air Force mission, organization and customs and received special instruction in huma relations. Completion of this training earned the individual credits towards ah associate in applied science degree through the Community College of the Air Force. Airman Fogger is a 1977 graduate of Kaiserslautern American High School, Vogleway, Germany. Her husband, Staff Sergeant Glen A. Shotgunner John Miggins of Brewster, has won a handicap trophy at the Golden West Grand • American Trapshooting Tourna- ment held here last week. Saturday, in heavy winds, Miggins drilled 84 of his 100 targets from the 22-yard line to tie with a California shooter. In the shootoff, Miggins won the vet- eran division trophy after two rounds, defeating his opponent 21-21 to 21-20. There was a field of 913 shooters in the event. Competition in the six-day tournament concluded Sunday at Harolds Trapshooting Club lo- cated near Reno. Brewster people to hear of the wonderful record made by there neighbor John Miggins. Wins promotion William M. Owsiany, son of Mr. and Mrs. John Owsiany of 5 Parker Drive E, Mahopac, N.Y., has received his first promotion in the U.S. Air Force. Owsiany, promoted to airman, recently completed technical training at Chanute AFB, 111. He now serves at Barksdale AFB, La., as a fire protection specialist with a unit of the Strategic Air Command. Airman Owsiany is a 1978 graduate of Mahopac High School. Barnards to play The May meeting of the' Cecilian Society will be on' Monday, May 21, at 2 p.m. at the home of Louise Salinger on Guinea Rd. in Brewster. The program for the day will be a saxaphone recital by Eugene Barnard, former instrumental music chairman of Brewster Central Schools. 'Arbitration Day" May 24 The international situation and the textile industry; the effect of the revised New York no-fault insurance arbitration procedures; upcoming problems as the bar- gaining table; and a new medi- ation approach to construction industry disputes will be among the topics highlighted at the third "Arbitration Day" Conference sponsored by the American Arbit- ration Association. 'Arbitration Day"May 24

The international situation andthe textile industry; the effect ofthe revised New York no-faultinsurance arbitration procedures;upcoming problems as the bar-gaining table; and a new medi-ation approach to constructionindustry disputes will be amongthe topics highlighted at the third"Arbitration Day" Conferencesponsored by the American Arbit-ration Association. The programwill be held at the New YorkHilton on Thursday, May 24.More than 800 persons areexpected to attend the eventwhich is the Association's mostimportant educational function ofthe' year.

A spaghetti dinner will besponsored Friday, May 18, from 5to 7 p.m. at the Masonic Templeon Rte. 6 in Brewster. LindaSayegh, queen of Sybil LudingtonChapter of Triangle, is sponsoringthe fund raiser.
